We recommend renting a car to explore the entire beautiful and breathtaking Big Island. There are also other common transportation options such as Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.

- Quiet hours 9 PM - 8 AM HST: Please avoid loud noise outside these hours. If the loud noise persists after a warning, we will cancel the reservation mid-stay without a refund.

- Pest control: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will notify you in advance because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services are very common on all the islands. Mahalo
