Cuter inside than outside
Location is perfect. Small businesses near by. Right across from the beach park with a great view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Don’t let the exterior of the building scare you. The remodeled unit is very nice with all of the basics provided. Noise from the street can be an issue. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The owners were very easy to work with. I’ll be back.
A great little condo! I had to work from the condo for the first two mornings while my partner got to go golfing but it was a lovely space to work from as the view of the water is a good motivator. Clean, easy parking, lots of great coffee and food nearby. Would absolutely stay again!
Thanks to Sophia's comfortable and well-arranged apartment, we enjoyed our stay in Maui. The apartment is right across the beach and in walking distance to several stores: farmer's marker, coffee store, etc. Additionally, besides the basics, we appreciated access to the kitchen utensils and cutlery, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels; however, a few things left us a little irritated. For starters, we didn't have access to the TV (it wasn't working) throughout our stay. When I called the property manager, he didn't answer (which is understandable since it was Christmas Eve). I then messaged Sophia who asked me to call the cable company (which I didn't think was fair) and work it out. She did take a more involved approach on the fourth day but we couldn't resolve the issue since I couldn't be home during the three-way call (again, I think this should have been arranged between her and the property manager). Additionally, bedding and beach towels were only provided for two people (not 4), and no offer of a change in bedding for a five-day stay. I asked the property manager on day 4 (who happily did it).
Without sounding petty, I was just a little irritated that the stay wasn't designed for a family of four (with two kids) even though I had communicated that. The property just came "as advertised" and lacked any personal touch which isn't wrong by any means.
This condo was the perfect size for our stay, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was near enough to restaurants, stores and the beach, but not smack in the middle of a crowded tourist area. The check-in instructions and other property information were very helpful. Lots of great little touches like beach towels, laundry facilities (and cloth lines to hang wet bathing suits), both a queen bed and a fold-out couch bed, a free designated parking space - and lots of places to plug electronics in. Clean, comfortable, and a totally charming place to stay.
Location is superb; you cross the street and the sea is your neighbor. Very clean, furnishings reflect Hawaii, organized layout and size of furniture choices fit the apartment to a T.

The location of this condo made it super easy to get around the island. It’s a one bedroom so it has more space than a hotel room. The lanai is cute and looks out over a lawn area and the out to a park. The park across the street is a definite added bonus. Easy spot to catch the sunset without going to a tourist hub. Wish the laundry on site had a card reader or app payment option, but that shouldn’t deter you from staying here… just be sure to collect quarters if you plan to wash. The beach equipment available for use was absolutely perfect. AND there’s a farmers market on the other side of the church, which is perfect for buying daily fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend this location.
Charming, clean, and across from a relaxing beach park. A short distance from some of the best Maui beaches and bays for swimming and snorkeling. Helpful and communicative host Sophia made everything easy. Having a parking space right by the unit was great. Thank you for a much-needed weekend away!

If you are a couple looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy Maui, this is the one.
It has a perfect location (very close to one of our favorite beaches) and offers everything you need.
Sophia and Scott are really up to the challenge and they have been doing a great job hosting their guest by providing information and all kinds of furnitures and equipments on this also very well clean unit.
Parking spot is right in front of the unit, being another convenience. Anything less than 5 stars would be unfair. We really recommend and are looking forward to come back.
This property was a great location across from the beach (must cross the road). I would have given “excellent” on everything but it is an older unit that is in great condition, and I didn’t want to give the impression it was super new. I felt very safe, it had a great back lanai area where you could see the waves and hear the ocean. The unit is clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!!
