Cuter inside than outside
Location is perfect. Small businesses near by. Right across from the beach park with a great view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Don’t let the exterior of the building scare you. The remodeled unit is very nice with all of the basics provided. Noise from the street can be an issue. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The owners were very easy to work with. I’ll be back.
A great little condo! I had to work from the condo for the first two mornings while my partner got to go golfing but it was a lovely space to work from as the view of the water is a good motivator. Clean, easy parking, lots of great coffee and food nearby. Would absolutely stay again!
Thanks to Sophia's comfortable and well-arranged apartment, we enjoyed our stay in Maui. The apartment is right across the beach and in walking distance to several stores: farmer's marker, coffee store, etc. Additionally, besides the basics, we appreciated access to the kitchen utensils and cutlery, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels; however, a few things left us a little irritated. For starters, we didn't have access to the TV (it wasn't working) throughout our stay. When I called the property manager, he didn't answer (which is understandable since it was Christmas Eve). I then messaged Sophia who asked me to call the cable company (which I didn't think was fair) and work it out. She did take a more involved approach on the fourth day but we couldn't resolve the issue since I couldn't be home during the three-way call (again, I think this should have been arranged between her and the property manager). Additionally, bedding and beach towels were only provided for two people (not 4), and no offer of a change in bedding for a five-day stay. I asked the property manager on day 4 (who happily did it).
Without sounding petty, I was just a little irritated that the stay wasn't designed for a family of four (with two kids) even though I had communicated that. The property just came "as advertised" and lacked any personal touch which isn't wrong by any means.
This condo was the perfect size for our stay, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was near enough to restaurants, stores and the beach, but not smack in the middle of a crowded tourist area. The check-in instructions and other property information were very helpful. Lots of great little touches like beach towels, laundry facilities (and cloth lines to hang wet bathing suits), both a queen bed and a fold-out couch bed, a free designated parking space - and lots of places to plug electronics in. Clean, comfortable, and a totally charming place to stay.

If you are a couple looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy Maui, this is the one.
It has a perfect location (very close to one of our favorite beaches) and offers everything you need.
Sophia and Scott are really up to the challenge and they have been doing a great job hosting their guest by providing information and all kinds of furnitures and equipments on this also very well clean unit.
Parking spot is right in front of the unit, being another convenience. Anything less than 5 stars would be unfair. We really recommend and are looking forward to come back.

The lanai is cute and looks out over a lawn area and the out to a park. The park across the street is a definite added bonus. Easy spot to catch the sunset without going to a tourist hub. Wish the laundry on site had a card reader or app payment option, but that shouldn’t deter you from staying here… just be sure to collect quarters if you plan to wash. The beach equipment available for use was absolutely perfect. AND there’s a farmers market on the other side of the church, which is perfect for buying daily fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend this location.

The cutest home, equipped with everything you could need. This is located in the best area, a short 18-20 minute walk from Dukes (a great restaurant). We walked to get coffee every morning and even went to the farmers market a few times. Such a great visit.

Loved everything , pool , hot tub, great view across lawn to ocean, disappointing about the beach location as , so rocky and water brown , so not able to swim in ocean.
Location was great, just across the street from a pretty beach especially for sunset. It was also very noisy. School bus stop, city buses and loud cars. AC in bedroom so loud could leave it on to sleep . Resident upstairs was very noisy early morning and late night. The noise was the only downfall
We loved how clean the property was. Easy
Parking. Area felt safe. Yummy coffee and food quick walk away. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning was a plus on humid days.
Our rental was perfect, convenient to eateries, to perfect sunsets, to quite evenings. It was just as described on the VRBO website. Will definitely return to the same location next time we visit the island. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for myself and a friend for the week in Maui. Location is excellent - it’s ~10 mins drive from downtown Lahaina. Quiet neighborhood right across from the beach park. Lovely spot to sit on the patio with a view of the ocean. A few coffee shops and restaurants next door and down the street. Theres a parking spot right outside the apartment so easy ingress/egress for all of our day trips to pack up the car. The apartment itself was great - AC in the bedroom, bathroom was spacious and stocked with soap and towels, kitchen had all the essentials to prepare meals. I would most definitely stay here again on a future trip! Sophia’s communication was excellent - she always responded super quick and was super accommodating! She was able to grant us a later check out. Thanks for a great stay!
The Palms is perfect for a small group that just wants to explore and have an easy place to stay. Beach chairs, towels and other amenities there if needed. My fiancé and I were able to walk to some great food, rent snorkel gear and just hang out at the beach park! We saw turtles and a lot of amazing fish snorkeling at the park.
Great location for our Dive Maui vacation. We found the property to be as described, maybe better! The listing mentions the beach park across the street but we found it to be an unexpected gem. Great snorkeling in gentle waters as well as a spot to watch the beautiful sunsets (you can see them from the comfort of the couch if you prefer). We highly recommend Java Jazz, a restaurant just down the street.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Is the perfect location, very clean, well equipped with beach needs like chairs, umbrella and beach towels, kitchen was well equipped too and only a few step from the beach. Sophia was available when I needed to get a fold of her and responded quickly. Will book again if we ever go back to Maui.
Everything about the rental process was east with host Sophia. She reached out once I had booked with great information for our trip. Gracious and helpful host! Her list of shops and restaurants was really helpful and the food experiences were excellent. The accommodations are lovely and we enjoyed the beach across the road, the pool on site, and proximity to Lahaina and Kihea, Haleakala, Paia and the Road to Hana. Would definitely stay at Sophia’s property again.
This place was very peaceful. In walking distance of everything.
