    There are other long term tenants living in separate private portion of the house in an ADU/"mother in law unit" but you will likely rarely see them. The main entrance through the front gate is shared.

    Your entire interior living area is private and for your exclusive use. You will have exclusive private access to the pool side patio and BBQ area.

    Please watch all children at all times in the pool and marina areas. Children should not be left unattended in these areas.

    We do not provide cable television or tv's in the bedrooms. There is a flat screen smart tv mounted at the outdoors patio area where you can stream services.

    We purchased the house not that long ago and have been slowly improving it. We occasionally have to leave to go back to the mainland for several months at a time and are hoping to share the space with those that appreciate the water. We purposely price lower than the competition to adjust for some of the upgrades still needed to be made to the home.

    The home is located on the marina but the dock is no longer in existence and needs to be rebuilt. You can access the marina and walk along the sea wall, put in your rental paddleboard or kayak, or attempt to fish. Please be careful on the rock wall as the edges are jagged.

    If you have never rented a home in Hawaii:

    You will see pests in paradise — inevitable Stone Age roaches, some ants, lizards, and bees. While we have combat, roach baits and keep the kitchen clean and keep the screen doors close, the critters make their way into the home. We will leave sprays for you to spray the roaches. However, we ask that you spare the lizards and bees for the eco system.
