    Townhome#183 is very special, featuring all one could want in their Vacation Rental. It has two bedrooms & two bathrooms and is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests with a king bed in the ocean-facing bedroom and Queen Sized Bed in the garden bedroom. Large Sofa can sleep up to 2 little ones, or 1 regular sized person. Enjoy a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the upstairs bath has a tub shower combination.

    The Lanai..you can't get any closer to the waters edge! Enjoy outdoor dining at this beautiful unit. A dedicated parking space is just steps away. Being a corner unit, you've got lots of room!

    The kitchen is fully equipped all one could yearn for. Enjoy washer and dryer access as well!

    The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.
    The large, newly remodeled swimming pool (Redone in 2016) is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
    One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
    The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

    This is our 5th trip to Kona & the best place we have stayed! The cleanliness & ease of renting this place was wonderful. Anita, the owner, was the best to work with. She was great at responding to us & keeps a very organized, neat, & comfortable condo. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone & will definitely come back to this place!

    Clean home in a friendly community with leisure choices. People at the swimming pool, playing tennis and pickle ball plus just a short walk to a neighborhood snorkel beach. A fun location with awesome sunsets.

    the condo would be perfect for a family of 4 or for a couple. The kitchen has been updated and is well stocked. The only draw back for us is, as we were all 75 and older, the steps up to the bedrooms were a little tiresome.
