It's an upstairs unit, quiet and away from the road, very close to the path to Anini beach and to the walking path through Princeville. Start your day with a walk along the greenbelt enjoying rainbow, waterfall, and golf course views in the cool morning air. Follow the greenbelt path all the way to the end and enjoy a relaxing oceanfront brunch or spa treatment at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay; it's the perfect way to spend a morning. Take a 15 minute hike along the path to Anini Beach for a swim and stop in at the Westin on your way back to grab a coffee at Starbucks or lunch either indoors or out. Stroll over to the park on Saturday mornings for the outdoor market; you're sure to find something there that you love! The Princeville center, with grocery shopping, wine shop, and restaurants, is an easy walk. Hanalei, one of the most amazing spots on earth - whether you like beach, shopping, dining, or all of the above! - is a 10 minute drive.
This restful condo is lovely for a couple, but there's also room to bring the family. The main studio level has a king size bed, and the loft upstairs is furnished with two twin beds. You'll enjoy a full bathroom and full kitchen, plus in-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided for your convenience. Enjoy the shared complex pool and barbecue grill.
While children 5 years and older are welcome, this property is not suitable for younger children as it was built to earlier code requirements and it may be possible for young children to fit between the rails on the lanai.
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, but you'll find the cooling tropical tradewinds keep you comfortable and let you enjoy the scent of the fresh sea air.
This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.
This home has internet, but the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

We enjoyed out stay at Paniolo 210A. It was clean, private, and the lanai was a lovely place to sit and relax. The pool was handy and refreshing after a day of activity. I couldn't give a full five stars on maintenance because the dryer didn't work, but management was easy to deal with and they had someone out to fix it right away. The only other problem was one of the glass louvers in a kitchen window fell when we opened it because it had no bracket. The only other thing I would say is the lighting over the table was inadequate to do any writing of postcards or reading of maps. Overall, we enjoyed the calm, relaxed atmosphere and the apartment was a welcoming place to come home to after a busy day.

When pulling into the property, there was a truck blocking my assigned space. Upon entering the unit, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It took the owner longer than overnight to get back to me. When trying to open all the windows to address the smell, I noted that the blinds were quite dusty/dirty. The fridge didn’t have a door handle. The path to the ocean described in the listing is overgrown, and I’m used to hiking. It is well located to Princeville Cemter, which is great.

Everything was wonderful. Just couldn't have been better. We went on the walking path every morning when it was nice and cool and took the path down to the beach one day. We worried before we got there that it would be too hot without air conditioning but it wasn't at all, there's a good aire that comes through when you open the glass doors. The deck is nice to relax in the evening with a cocktail and relax after going around all day. would recommend.
