Realize that you’re staying in a residential neighborhood which is monitored/patrolled by the Princeville Association. There is strict enforcement/penalty for any and all noise complaints. Noise sources which may constitute an annoyance/nuisance include, but are not limited to: boisterous activities, musical instruments, audio equipment, televisions, unmuffled or inadequately muffled motor vehicles, public address systems, spa/pool activity.
