2) Facilities: private swimming pool is available for all the guests in the building. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are also nearby

Guest could access the swimming pool and laundry facilities inside the building
Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the studio and in the Inn. $350 USD fine will be given from the property management once reported. Mahalo!

A clean and otherwise perfect place for us. Great location adjacent to the main tourist area, with the ocean view and restaurants. We liked the peaceful deck, beautiful jungly landscaping of the complex, and front locking screen door so you can have two screens for a breeze and avoid using A/C. The unit is lightly upgraded including a nice shower.

Easily accessible and close to all amenities. Property and area were quiet from about 8pm on in the evenings. This little gem offered just why we needed, a clean, quiet place to land at the end of each day exploring the island.

Clean, very basic. Not even a complimentary tea bag. don't plan on arriving even 1 minute early. our stay was for less than 24 hours and we were ready to leave. no view. balcony door must weigh 500 lbs. off very busy road. I felt this VRBO was misrepresented by advertisement. Lots of rules...no aloha spirit.
