The unit was great and just as advertised. The only issue which was really annoying is you can hear everything in the adjoining units. We were here 16 nights and the people below were coughing and hacking every morning starting at 6am and the people above were thumping and stomping whenever they were home. We have stayed at other units in this complex and sound was never an issue. Aside from that the stay was great and the location is close to everything. Mahalo.
Location nice , bed great , lots of beach toys . Carpet horrible stained needs to be replaced. Elevator out for 12 of our 14 days . Appliances ie tv and other thins stopped working while there . Management company was good on the communication. Vent fell out of the ceiling in the bathroom while there . The unit needs updating . Supplies there but not all like basic Saran Wrap, salt and pepper . Need some large plastic glasses to take to the pool . Have stayed in fairway villas many times . First time in this unit. In the past never had to talk to an owner/ management about the unit. This time lots . Still awaiting to hear if I have some kind of credit for the inconveniences during our vacation .
Clean and spacious room that invoices the extras so don’t need to pack everything yourself. Simple process around everything

Had a great time, and the property is very nice. I personally found the king bed to be extremely stiff and felt very cheap. I did not sleep well most of the trip unfortunately. Everything else was just fine!
This property was great for my wife, two kids, and me. The location is great and it had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The beach gear was great and allowed us to really get out and enjoy the ocean. A previous review commented about the beach chairs, but during our stay, they had nice beach chairs furnished in the condo. The only complaint I had about this condo was how stiff the master bedroom mattress was. It was the stiffest mattress I've ever slept on in a vacation rental. If you like firm mattresses, then maybe you'd love it. I'm used to a memory foam mattress at home, so this mattress was stiff enough to hurt my back in the mornings. I normally sleep really well, but I didn't have a good night of sleep here. I'd have left a 5-star review if the mattress had been more comfortable.
The property is in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and close to the major hotels which we enjoyed. The reason why we only gave it 3 stars is because the furniture is dated and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We didn't get a good night sleep the entire 10 days we stayed there.
The condo was very nice and clean and quiet. Everything worked well and it was easy to access. Improvements would be a bigger better TV in main room, a TV added to the twin bed room, 3 nice beach chairs (the ones there were bad-one was really not a chair it was so low to ground. One was a camp chair and the other old and not comfie. I advise getting Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach since most people go to the beach. I would also say the responsiveness to message from host was not good as I made an inquiry on 12/29 and never heard back. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay there again if they get new beach chairs.
The location was great and the condo itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our only complaint was that you can really hear noise from above. The people above us were up late and awake early. It wasn't loud music but lots of thumps and footfalls.
