The decor of the house was extremely cute and the kitchen and garage amenities were very thoughtful. We liked a lot of things about the house, but there were various items that kept it from being quite 5 stars. On the plus side, the property manager was very responsive and promised to fix a lot of the things I brought up, such as fixtures falling out of the walls, moldy smell in one of the air conditioning units, questionable master bathroom shower head, clogged hair dryer filter, bathroom lock not working. Those might be fixed by now.Probably the biggest issue for us as parents of a small child is we had no idea there were no light-blocking shades in any of the bedrooms. The windows are covered by very cute straw thatch shades that do not block ANY LIGHT at all. In Hawaii in the summer it's light out till 8:30 pm and gets bright at 5:30 am. If you have a small child who is sensitive to that, you'll want to take that into consideration.Be warned that if you're running the washing machine while showering in the bathroom near the garage, the water randomly and constantly alternates hot and cold and it's kind of brutal. The bed in master bedroom was super comfortable! But the guest who had the bay bed said the mattress felt old and was uncomfortable.This is a VERY cute house with nice amenities, including beach chairs, sand toys, surfboards, etc. It's generally well kept. The pool is great - daughter loved it. It certainly has 5-star potential!
This property was perfect for our stay. The backyard pool was a big bonus...my granddaughter loved it. The propertywas clean...kitchen well stocked. It looks like the photos..nicely decorated and comfortable.
Everything we needed as a family with great access.
The house is very well stocked, clean, private & convenient. Pool, hottub, beach equipment, great bikes. The only reason that I don’t give this a five star rating is because the screen doors don’t latch which we felt was concern with a toddler’s access to the pool. We felt it would be helpful to have a bit more information About the rugged trail to the beach. We took the toddler down there in a backpack carrier and found it very difficult. Our mistake but a warning about the trail would’ve been most appreciated.
Beautiful house in quiet, residential neighborhood. Fun pool, hot tub, ping pong table on the property for the times when the surf was too dangerous to swim and we were exhausted from the hikes.Great communication with manager. The kitchen could have used some larger serving platters and bowls for when we cooked at home but we improvised and had some delicious meals. Overall, great experience for first time family trip to Kauai!
This house was beautiful and fully stocked with anything you needed!! Lauren was helpful and kept great communication. We travelled with our 23 and 18 year old and they too loved everything about the home. Very clean and provided us with everything. Our 4 days on that side of the island flew by and unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the gorgeous pool. Thanks Lauren, we will definitely recommend this home to any of our friends visiting and would stay again. Also a great location to everything we wanted to see on the North Side.
This property is in a great location to enjoy everything the north shore offers. The house was amazing, our teenage son enjoyed the pool, while we layed back in the hot tub after long days of hiking. It's also a short walk to Sea Lodge beach. Awsome place!
We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was very comfortable, clean and in a great location! We really enjoyed the pool and the surf vibe of the house, it couldn’t have been cuter! Thanks again for being making our North Shore experience so memorable!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and well maintained…the pictures of the property show it perfectly.
With 7 people constantly taking showers after the beach or pool we could have used more bath towels…we washed towel so many times. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.
