Aloha and welcome to your getaway in paradise! The Ko Lina Villa is located on the beautiful Beach Villas at Ko'Olina property. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The large lanai is a perfect spot to see the coastal horizon and serene Lagoons in the distance where you can relax on the velvety sand and sparklingly blue waters.

The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and attaches to its luxurious Master bathroom; equipped with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. The Second bedroom has two Twin-XL beds and its own bathroom. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a modular sofa that can be used as a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a countertop that can seat up to 3 people.

The Beach Villa has a friendly staff at the front desk 24/7 but I am always available if you need any assistance.
Optional services offered upon request: Mid-stay housekeeping. Babysitting services are provided by a First Aid and CPR-certified family member. Please inquire about rates and availability.

The Ko'Olina resort area is surrounded by 4 Lagoons perfect for relaxing in the sun. There are also restaurants and shops located within walking distance making it convenient as a quick dinner option.

Getting around by car is the best option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.

Everything was excellent as promised! Spotless cleanliness, fresh sheets, very well equipped kitchen for any occasion! Condo itself is in a perfect location right above the Quiet pool overlooking the ocean for beautiful sunsets!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 8 nights. The pools on site are good, the coves attached to the property are very good. Restaurants within a short drive were nice, not very many choices within walking distance but there are a few. The only thing missing from this property was an onsite restaurant but the trade off a very nice full kitchen and BBQs was more than a fair trade. We were able to cook many full meals which was a great feature that few properties can provide. The lanai was comfortable with a great view. If we return to Oahu we will definitely consider this property again.

Didn’t know what to expect but was overly pleased. We were disappointed disney was sold out but now that our trip is over and we were able to check out Disney’s rooms we were glad to have not stated there. Also in the future we will book here again

This was our first visit to Hawaii and first time using a VRBO. Other then the high cost, the overall experience was great. The location was beautiful and felt safe. The Condo was roomy enough for our family to all be comfortable and had all the home away from home ammenities. The closet with all the beach stuff was a added bonus to be able to explore new things for us. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your place.
