This place was a great location for my husband & 2 boys (10 & 8). It’s on the 2nd floor which we wanted & the lanai overlooked a large grassy/shaded (in the afternoon) spot for them to run & play soccer & wiffle ball. It was clean & comfortable, both the main bed and the pullout in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped & we cooked a lot during our 2 week stay. There are also boogie boards, a foam top surfboard, snorkel gear, sand toys & beach chairs to use. We would definitely stay in this unit again!!

This was a nice condo and it was clean. View is out toward a big tree which is ok but no water view and couldn't hear waves. Was I too optimistic? There was no snorkeling which says more about my expectations than the beach itself.
