As you step into this beautifully decorated condo, you'll immediately notice the open-plan main room, which seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. At the other end of the condo is the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed and adjacent bathroom with shower/tub combo. Guests have access to the private detached garage where you can park your vehicle or grab some beach chairs on your way to fun-in-the-sun!
The tranquil Palm Villas complex is beautifully landscaped, with abundant tropical foliage, an inviting lagoon-style pool, and a waterfall jacuzzi. A fitness center is also available for guests who want to keep up their fitness routine while on vacation. There is also a community grill adjacent to the pool.
Nature lovers will appreciate the paved walking trail just outside the Palm Villas gates, leading through picturesque fish ponds and several nearby beaches, offering a superb opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area. Additionally, the Mauna Lani Shops are just a short walk away, offering an array of shopping and dining venues, including snorkel gear rental, and a grocery store and deli.

Weekly and monthly memberships* are available to use the facilities, however tennis courts can be reserved and paid for without a membership. Clean, welcoming and a very comfortable sized space. The kitchen has all amenities to be able to prepare meals and we enjoyed many on the lanai. The beds were very comfortable in both rooms. The beach club is an awesome perk to the stay. We had some high surf during our visit but the protected cove was reliable for kids to be able to play and swim. When conditions are calm we are told it’s amazing snorkeling. Excellent home base.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in the Mauna Lani Resort, our favorite resort on the Big Island. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The gas grill was also spotless and we enjoyed several grilled dinners, especially fresh caught fish from Da Fish House seafood market in Kawaihae (highly recommend!). The location is perfect for a walk through the historic park down to the beach.

Comfortable condo with a great location. It was very clean and the communication with the host was prompt. My only complaint was the bed linens were very thin. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

Condo was exactly as described. All electronics, wifi, TV's, ECT worked perfect. Bed was comfortable. Couldn't be happier with the rental!
