Bedroom offers plush California King bed with full bathroom and separate vanity just outside the door. A full-sized washer/dryer is also included for your convenience along with beach towels and beach chairs for use during your stay. A/C units and ceiling fans in each room room add to your comfort.

Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful, lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office and library on site! This location is ideal with warm, sandy beaches right across the street and favorite dining spots right next door including Fred’s Mexican Cafe, Moose McGillycuddy’s Sports Bar, Penny’s Pizza and 808 Deli for salads and sandwiches. Just a block North you also have Café O’lei and numerous shops and boutiques to wander through in search of the perfect gifts to bring home.

Property as described right across the street from a beach. Only issue was that fan in living room did not turn off completely, and while we turned off the AC in the living room each time we left, if we returned early afternoon, we would find that it had turned back on. Bedroom could use new pillows as very soft and flat. Bed a little soft for our liking. Otherwise, unit nicely decorated and stocked eith everything we needed for our stay.

We loved our stay at this property! Beautiful sixth floor unit with gorgeous views of both Haleakala and the ocean! Very light and airy feel, clean, super comfortable bed! Perfect location- easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Grateful for AC. Check in process was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Kihei Akahi C605 was great. The unit decor was very lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked with many utensils/cooking pots/pans/etc. Personally, I found the bed a bit soft but that's personal preference (I prefer a more firm mattress) as my travel partner loved it and the bed is huge. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and you can watch the sunset right from your balcony. The CB Vacations team was very responsive and helpful, as was the front desk staff.

The space was super comfortable and cozy. The fully stocked kitchen (all the small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, etc. you could ever hope for (coffee filters, salt and pepper were a plus) and AC made all the difference. It was like waking up at home. The proximity to the beach was excellent. Will definitely return next year.

I have stayed in Kihei for over 13 years now and I have been staying at Kihei Akashi for most of those. I normally stay in the D bldg, but this time chose C605. This unit is fantastic. The decorations are very nice and beachy and the views are great! The location in the bldg is good, parking spot is close and having two air conditioners is great during the hot summer months. Great home away from home. Will definitely stay here again.
