Walk, bike, surf, golf, hike, play tennis and pickleball, hula, fish, snorkle, scuba-dive, sightsee or whatever else your heart desires here in the paradise of the Pacific.
A 45-minute drive from the airport brings you to a quiet gated condominium community, located on the outskirts of beautiful Princeville, Kauai...a ten minute drive to over 10 idyllic beaches that are consistently rated among the world's best. Surrounded by the stunning North Shore mountain range to the Northwest and the endless Pacific Ocean to the Northeast, this newly and exquisitely remodeled condo features 2, air-conditioned master suites with spacious bathrooms and a 3rd, smaller bedroom with a double-twin bunkbed and additional full bed. Both primary suites feature walk-in showers and spacious countertops. Each bedroom is situated on its level of the condominium. The 3rd, smaller bedroom features a twin bunkbed, double-size bed, and bay window. The three-quarter bath sits conveniently across the hall.
The upper level features a well-equipped gourmet kitchen beautifully designed with live edge shelves, spacious high-end cabinetry throughout, brand-new high-end appliances, double recessed kitchen basin, adjustable lighting, and air-conditioning.
The open floor plan includes a dining area, living room, comfortable reading nook, and a lanai looking out onto the magnificent mountain range and waterfalls. Sunsets are a perfect time to sit and enjoy a beverage on the outdoor lanai.
Positioned adjacent to the living area is the upper primary suite with its private lanai, a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with air-conditioning, a stunning walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and a privacy-enclosed toilet area.

Loved the place! We have been coming to the North Shore of Kauai for years, so we were familiar with Princeville and the kinds of places there. This was the cleanest, most fabulous spot ever. The decor was funky and modern, the place was clean and welcoming and the linens were clean, plentiful and comfortable. It was wonderfully to have plenty of bath and beach towels.
We loved our stay and Katy was very responsive and helpful. We would stay pick this place again!

Overall, our stay here was fantastic. The check in was super easy and the condo was impeccably clean and updated. We asked for recommendations and they were all spot on. We walked to numerous beaches and restaurants from the condo, but also found the location great for easy car trips to other beaches and attractions. We’d highly recommend anyone to stay here and if we come back to Kauai, this will be our first choice of housing.

Overall we had lovely stay at condo. It was so comfortable and checkin was so easy. We asked for recommendations from the property manager and they were all great! If we ever come back to Princeville, we will definitely try and stay here again.

Overall, our stay here was fantastic. The check in was super easy and the condo was impeccably clean and updated. We asked for recommendations and they were all spot on. We walked to numerous beaches and restaurants from the condo, but also found the location great for easy car trips to other beaches and attractions. We’d highly recommend anyone to stay here and if we come back to Kauai, this will be our first choice of housing.

This is a beautiful home on Kauai and we were so lucky to be able to stay there! We were 3 friends in this luxurious home. First, the property - incredibly clean, spacious (the photos are spot-on accurate... it is that beautiful), and the decorating details made it feel like we were really living in a beautiful home. As a cook, I loved the kitchen. Given that we were so close to a fabulous seafood market, it was a pleasure to cook some of the excellent fish on the island. The market also had great sushi rolls that we took advantage of as well.
The VRBO is located close to the town of Hanalei where we were also able to shop for fresh produce for our lunches, and where we could get fresh poke (multiple varieties) to eat during our stay along with multiple snacks that we are looking for now that we are back on the mainland!
We had morning coffee on the back deck, listening to the birds and the roosters, planning what we would be doing for the day. We never left the north part of the island as there was more there than we had time to experience. Multiple gorgeous beaches and gorgeous views everywhere we went! If you can, do try the kayaking on the river - you can take the kayaks inland or out to the ocean.
We agreed this was a Perfect vacation and will be going to back as soon as can!
