Condo is in a nice convenient location for bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The view of the ocean and sunset is a plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of the Kona Reef. The condo exceeded our expectations. The owners have really paid attention to detail. They have also provided a brand new stacked washer dryer in the unit which works amazing. The property mgmt company, Knutson & Associates, answered all of our questions immediately which was great. I wanted to cook something but noticed there was no large frying pan. I texted them to let them know. When we got home there was a brand new box of cookware at the door. My husband and I were so impressed. The location and the view are unbeatable you can walk to town if you want but it’s all about the VIEW!!!!!! Sitting on the Lanai every night with a cocktail enjoying sunset it just can’t get any more beautiful and relaxing. The living room furniture is very comfortable. We appreciated the big TV in the living room and in the bedroom and the bed was very comfy. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was really perfect!!!! We can’t wait to return to Kona and we will definitely go through Knutson & Associates and stay in unit D 17.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had everything we needed - kitchen was well stocked, 2 beach chairs, and a small cooler and umbrella for the beach. It was just a short walk into downtown Kona for shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the lanai!

The location is fantastic — walking distance to a small sandy beach park (where the boogie board was invented) and walking distance to many great restaurants (favorites: Lava Java, Quinn’s, Huggo’s). The communication about payment was good and the coded key-pad access made checkin contactless and simple.
