My parents and I had a great stay at Courtney's condo. We were a very short walk away from Waikiki and Kuhio beach and all the excitement there as well as a short walk away from Rainbow Drive In. The parking in the garage was plentiful and easy to find and Courtney kindly had the cleaner text me as soon as the room was ready so we could get into the unit before the official check in time. The most important part is the condo is probably the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in and that's hard by a beach.

Courtney is FIRST CLASS all the way. Accommodation is super clean and just a block away from Waikiki Beach. Second time here and have another stay booked already. Our hostess is extremely gracious and one of the kindest people we have ever dealt with. Thanks for another AMAZING stay.

We stayed at Courtney’s property which was excellent. Everything you could want was provided and beautifully renovated. Close to beach and shops. Would highly recommend and if we returned would stay again. Would rate the property 10 out of 10.

This apartment is beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and the beach equipment is great for a family. It was super clean and the beds so comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to any family.

We had such an amazing first visit to Hawaii that we will definitely be returning! From the moment we arrived, my 5 & 3 year old felt completely at home. The bunkbeds were perfect for them, and the condo was equipped with everything you could ever need. The parking was a huge bonus and always easy to get a spot & quick in/out privileges. The walk to the kids beach was very short & easy. Extremely walkable to all shops and restaurants. The kids loved the bbq and pool area for swimming and playing in the grass. I would highly recommend a family stay here for so many reasons. Courtney was amazing to deal with, responded quickly, was very friendly, and check in/out was incredibly simple as well. Mahalo!

Courtney’s place was perfect for us. The condo was well stocked and included a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards. We loved that parking was included and that we were only a few blocks from the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Courtney's condo. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was stocked with all the amenities- bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, beach stuff and beach towels.The only regret is that was that we couldn't stay longer!

Courtney’s gorgeous condo has been meticulously renovated and exceeded our expectations in every way; clean, well-stocked and with very thoughtful touches. Our family of 4 was super comfortable here and I thought it was perfectly suited for a small family, especially with the bunk beds in the bedroom, an available pack & play, beach toys, beach wagon (which was absolutely key to making it down two blocks to Waikiki beach). Nice beach towels, beach chairs & beach umbrella are provided. Kitchen is well stocked and laundry is easily located in the hallway. Pool is lovely with gorgeous dark blue tiling and sea turtle mosaics that my kids got a kick out of. The building’s location is such a highlight, on the nicer end of Waikiki (IMO) and so much is walkable! If you are going to have a car, this condo provides free & convenient parking in the building, which I noticed was not the case in other listings I was considering. If this fits your needs and your dates are available, book it! Experienced traveler here and I highly recommend!

Courtney's condo is at the ideal location for me. Having grown up in Kapahulu, going "home" is visiting family and friends so we avoid the traffic in Waikiki. It is convenient to come and go from this end of Waikiki. The condo is like home: from the kitchen, the quality of the appliances, the full set of dishes, utensils and cookware, down to the toilet paper. There is nothing you need purchase once there. Parking is a huge bonus and it's free, too! The bathroom is super clean with a great toilet and shower. Beds are comfortable. Two tvs to satisfy viewers. Of course the building is dated as most all of Waikiki, but they keep updating it. I appreciate the central air instead of leaking window units. What else can I say? This is the place to stay.

We had the best time visiting Waikiki and this was the PERFECT condo for us. The built in bunk beds worked perfect for my 2.5 year old which allowed me to bring a little less luggage :) The bottom bunk was very low to the ground so perfect for a first time toddler in a “big kid” bed. The unit is gorgeously remodeled and super clean. We have had family stay in other units in the building and have said there has never been as nice of a place as this one. Courtney was great to work with and would respond within minutes. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future!

We loved Courtney’s condo! It was clean and spacious and fully equipped. So many great extras - a tray of goodies, Brita pitcher, soft sided cooler with ice packs in the freezer, fresh coffee and filters, nice kitchen equipment, salt, pepper and cooking oil, comfy king bed, beach accessories, great location. Was just like the pictures depicted! Would stay there again ❤️
