We stayed here with one of our adult sons. The check-in instructions worked great. The building is a little older, and some of the hallways were a little dingy, but once you step into the condo, it was beautiful. The air conditioning was on, the lighting was adjusted just right with a beautiful view of the mountains just before sunset, and some nice music playing. There was a nice tray of Hawaiian snacks and coffee with a nice welcome note from our host, Courtney.
The condo was bright and clean with a well-stocked kitchen – lots of dishes, pots, pans, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and even good quality toilet paper. There was some olive oil and salt and pepper for cooking - a few more condiments would have been nice, but I understand why it’s not stocked with more. We’ve stayed at places which didn’t even have the oil salt and pepper. The free parking was nice, and although the parking was busy at times, we were always able to find an available parking space.
The only complaint I have isn’t the hosts’ fault, but the elevators are kind of busy. We found that it’s sometimes better to take the down elevator to the lobby, which was generally less crowded, and then stay in the elevator to go back up.
There was one issue with some emergency work where the water was shut off to the building during our stay, but Courtney told us of the issue in as far advance as she was able to and even gave us a nice credit for the trouble. Great host!

The property was exactly as described and the city view of the island was amazing. Courtney, the host, was amazing. I had a mishap that could have ruined my trip but she was patient and understanding. For that I am appreciative. The property was very clean and newly renovated and she payed attention to the smallest details that made the trip just that much more enjoyable. The free parking was a plus since we were there seven days. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again. 10/10

We recently spent one week at this condo. It is on the 21st floor of the Waikiki Sunset near Kuhio Beach. The host, Courtney, sent instructions before our arrival on exactly what to do to check in and welcomed us with a lovely gift basket. The unit was very clean with a view looking towards the mountains which was beautiful. We had a car for the week so we could go all over the island. The parking space was a great convenience. The location of the hotel to many restaurants was perfect. Thanks for a great vacation!

Exactly as pictured-clean and finished nicely. Nice to have provided tp, shampoo, etc. Easy check in and code door means no having to carry keys around. Comfy big bed. Older teens used bunk beds and they made it work bc they didn’t want to open and close couch every night, but just know the bunks aren’t true twins. As others have said kitchen has plenty to cook a nice meal. Long wait for elevators during this busy Christmas week. Always able to find a parking spot in the garage. Thanks Courtney for a great place to stay for our Christmas vacation!
