Property was awesome! Kitchen had everything you could need, wifi was great, check in and out was seamless.Great A/C in the unit, beautiful view and great location to KiHei food truck oasis (which is heaven for foodies!)
We had a great stay and location was right next to the beach. It was a few minutes to Kihei and centrally located for other activities. Kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely recommend it.

12 day stay from Christmas until Jan 6 / Nice views/ nice pool This unit is dated & the seating is uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable. A coat of white paint would really liven the place up.
The property is great. The condo is very clean and as expected. The beach is great for walking not so great for swimming and snorkeling. But the prior reviews notes this. Thank you.
The location was perfect with beaches & great food stops very close, but also kind of in the middle of everything on the island. Was easy to get everywhere. Only issue we had is that the listing said there was AC but apparently that was an extra charge per day. Wasn’t too much of an issue except the first night. Now of the fans were on including the big fan they recommend to Col the apt plus the drapes for the big window were open (to show off a great view) but at 5pm that sun had warmed the co to very hot. Took all night to cool it down and there wasn’t great directions on the big fan that helps. All around was good though. Would recommend.
The property was stunning! We were on a girls holiday and enjoyed being so close to the beach, the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Our condo was the perfect size for four adults, comfortable and so clean. We travelled all around the island, Luana Kai was in a perfect location. I hope we can visit again.

We absolutely loved our view of the ocean from this condo. We had our coffee and breakfast each morning on the linai, stunning views. Closet with the washer/dryer has some beach chairs and umbrellas to use, very helpful. Overall, great location, clean condo, and amazing views. Side note, a/c costs extra and you’ll most likely need it being on the 3rd floor. Our kids are grown, but if you have small kids and want to walk out the door to the beach, not the best kids beach, pretty rocky. But not a long drive to get to good beaches. The view won’t disappoint!
This was our second stay at Luana Kai. We love the location, the pool and grill, proximity to the water, and the units are great. Would definitely recommend for a family looking for a place to stay. I do have to say this time we could have done without the Pickleball courts between the balcony and the ocean. I’ve read other comments say they didn’t mind them and some actually enjoyed them, but my wife and I found the noise from the courts from 8am to sundown to be the only minus of our trip. Other than that, this condo has everything one would need. Mahalo.
We had a nice stay in this apartment. We had trouble at check-in and couldn't get in contact with the owner so we waited about an hour to get into the place, but the host was nice enough to refund us a little for the trouble. Location was nice and everything was clean! We just wish there was more lighting inside the apartment.

We are a family of five (three teen boys) and truly enjoyed our stay. It was a bit cozy but we expected that with our crew. The high ceilings, loft and huge view windows/doors made it feel much more roomy. The deck is a nice size with a beautiful view. Everything was clean. It is a little dated but not too bad. The couch seems new. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of hooks to hang towels. There are pickleball courts between the condo and beach with players from 8am to dark. We actually didn’t mind it but some people might. We loved the third floor and exercise from the stairs - no elevator. We loved the beach town vibe of Kihei. Would stay here again! Thank you!
