We stayed here for our first trip to Kauai and it was perfect. Property manager was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. We stayed between winter storms which meant an exceptional amount of rain, but it didn’t bother us. Although the property is in the North Shore, it wasn’t a long drive from the south end of the island. Just make sure if you’re going to other north shore destinations past Hanalei during heavy rains that the bridge doesn’t shut down. The condo itself is part of a time share property, we checked in at a front desk. Prior to arriving I was notified by the manager that we were going to have to move rooms mid stay due to availability but later she confirmed that an upgrade request was sent. We were prepared for having to pack up and move in the middle of the week but upon check in, we were told we didn’t have to, a nice surprise. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which my husband and I didn’t necessarily need but it was still beautiful. We enjoyed being able to utilize the full kitchen and on site laundry (located on a back patio just off the primary bathroom). The unit we stayed in had a wrap around lanai that allowed for us to enjoy meals outside. We can’t wait to book with this property manager again with the rest of our family later this year.
