This condo was clean, comfortable, stocked with most necessities. Location is awesome! So close to everything. We walked & used uber very easily the first half of our 8 night stay, then rented a car to go to some of the farther places we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend it for an amazing vacation!
Bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Nice clean apartment. Only downside was the noise of the leaf blowers every morning from 7am. It’s seems a bit excessive but if they have to do it everyday it would be nice if they started after 08.30am. We didn’t sit out on the Lanai until they finished!
Perfect location for accessing everything in Kailua. We loved being able to walk everywhere!

Everything went very well, great communication, great place. Nothing fancy but easy walking to everywhere. Covered parking was a super huge benefit to keep the car out of the heat.
We found Kona Plaza just fine but finding the parking garage was a little more difficult. Check in was easy and it was a nice clean condo meeting all our needs. They didn’t have a cooler but the management took care of it promptly. It’s in a great location to travel to both the south and north shore and close to the airport! There are some nice beaches close and fun shopping centers right outside the condo! We were very happy with how comfortable our unit was. We would go again and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!
Pros: location is great, close to everything. Cons: place have cockroaches everywhere. We checked in very late night, after turning lights on, cockroaches were running all over the kitchen and living room area. Office was helpful to supply us with traps, but still seeing them every day wasn’t pleasant. Property description is not clear upon the booking. We stayed 10 days 4 people, and were supplied with small amount of amenities that last 1 day. When you book the property, and made a payment, contract is send out later with details that should be obvious prior to ovoid surprise. Also no one mention the building structure look unsafe. All garage level have supporting posts and beams, cracks all over foundation. Additional sofa in LR was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Stayed for 6 days/5 nights. Here are the positives: great location, close to all the good restaurants & bars. Balcony is spacious. In unit washer/dryer was great. Negatives: roach trap in the kitchen, saw small roaches, 1 a/c unit in livingroom
Property was front and center to Downtown Kona. Clean and fully updated. Tge beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler bag were so handy.
We definitely loved our stay!
Everything was great! The location is close to everything like two minutes walk.
Can't wait to go back!

The bed was very uncomfortable. The surface of the mattress was like sleeping on newspaper.. I had to stack up all blankets and just sleep on top of that because the mattress was so hard

Overall excellent. Condo was roomy and comfortable.The only drawback is that the bucket with the AC runoff needs to be emptied several times a day. Wait too long and some water spills on the lanai when removing the bucket for emptying.
This condo was a perfect place for our stay! Busy downtown during day and quiet comfortable bed for night. Lanai view of the bay beautiful!
