Kamaole Sands #4-301 is a single-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with partial ocean view. The air-conditioned primary bedroom features a king bed and a cable TV as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that are convertible to a king. It also provides a cable television and wall unit a/c. The guest bathroom includes a shower tub combo. The living room has a queen sofa bed, a ceiling fan and a cable television as well as a wall-unit air conditioner to regulate the temperature. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your days at the ocean. Kamaole Sands #4-301 sleeps 6 but the sofa sleeper works best for kids.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

This was the first time we stayed in Kamaole Sands. Very nice complex with pool, gym and several BBQ areas. Good parking and buildings are quiet in the evenings. Our condo was well laid out and supplied with everything we needed. Couple minor issues came up during our stay and Rentals Maui fixed them right away. Overall I would highly recommend this unit and Rentals Maui.

We enjoyed the location, the unit was very close to the beach. The pool is large (huge hit with our family) that made it a lot of fun! The unit has everything we needed! Was a wonderful time! Only issue we noticed was the AC made the patio wet 24/7, it must of been leaking.
