Impressive and nicely styled 550sqft condo about 30 yards from the beach. Full oceanfront views from LR and balcony! Good, high quality furniture and kitchen equipment: Ninja blender, All Clad cookware, beautiful dishes, etc. Soothing color choices for the walls. Small space but it reads large because of design choices and attention to detail. Cross breezes are cool at night. Slept with windows open and heard the surf all night long. Very relaxing! The property has about 50 units. It’s not a dense property so not a lot of people milling around. This was also a corner unit at the end of a hallway and felt very private. Nicely attended grounds with a tree covered, serene green space adjacent to the building overlooking the ocean. If you want quiet, beautiful and peaceful this place is for you!
Beautiful and tastefully decorated- everything very clean, great beachfront view!! Not in the more crowded, touristy areas but only 5 min drive.

We love our stays at Kealia. Sherry and her team keep the grounds clean and welcoming. We love the views and direct oceanfront. Condo was fully equipped and any concerns were addressed immediately. The location is close to all the things in Kihei and so convenient for water adventures in Maalaea Harbor. We also love to walk over to Sugar Beach Rsrt. and have a snack and a Mai Tai at Dina's.

The unit was as same as advertised/pictured. Bed is very comfy (King size). The bathroom is clean with a small window, and the water pressure is great; no mold/mildew and clean tiles. A specious living room leading to a balcony with the great ocean view that can be seen from the living room's huge windows too. In balcony to your left, you see the highway and the Haleakala crater (mountain), which they can be seen from the bedroom's window also. The cars' sounds didn't bother me in the balcony due to the beautiful ocean's sound. No cars' sounds behind the closed window in the bedroom. In fact, the lawn mower and blower's sounds twice a week were stressful in the morning while I was drinking my coffee and listening to the ocean, but I understand they had to take care of the lawn/garden. There are two beach chairs & one umbrella in the house. No magnify mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen has appliances & all kinds of dishes/pots/utensils. The location is great and 5 min. drive (10 min. walk) to Sugar Beach Baker for coffee and pastry and/or ABC store to find sunscreen, swim items, food, water, & more and/or the small farmer market to buy fresh fruits/veg. Drive 30 min. north to get to Lahaina to visit its beautiful city & shopping- street/park/restaurants/harbor. Or, drive toward south to explore amazing beaches, stores/restaurants. Kealia resort has a quiet & less crowded front beach and far to the left in the ocean you can see the Molikini island and Halealawa island. This ocean is ideal for swimming. The only issue I had in the unit was the small, tiny, & speedy ants in the kitchen. They were on the walls next to the washing machine, refrigerator, and a few found in the bathroom. I used bug spray (was under the sink). They were gone for a few days but reappeared again. I wrote a note for the staff. The manager, Sheri, is a very kind and helpful person and it was great to know her. It was a memorable/joyful stay and would stay in Kealia Resort a
Although smallish this condo makes up for it with everything starting with the views everyday. The condo has everything we needed. The room was thoughtfully outfitted for everything we needed. The kitchen provided all the necessary equipment for our needs. The bedroom also had plenty of linens and comfort. The living room was also comfortable to relax. The Lanai was good for meals or relaxing overlooking the ocean. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean. The parking garage kept our car clean dry and secure. Everything was easily accessed by their elevator. The beach was never crowded and easy to access. We found a great bakery within walking distance down the beach next to a convenience store.
The condo is centrally located to get anywhere around the island or just stay right there. Just 10 minutes to restaurants downtown Kihei. And 10 minutes to the harbor for boating activities. We enjoyed all of it. We’ve stayed at a bunch of condos on the island’s and this one hits all the right notes for us. The road noise in the commuting hours is a drawback but the evenings are quiet. Out on the lanai you don’t notice it over the sound of the waves.
