    The proximity to shoreline and views are wonderful. Immediately felt at home. Every small appliance I could ever want. Even commando hooks where I would have placed one. Overall, comfortable complex and unit. I'd stay there again. No issues with cleanliness.

    We needed something last minute for a quick stay, we were happy to find something right in town with a great view! This little place had everything we needed while we were there. AC worked great, pool area was nice, lobby area was cute and the person checking us in was very helpful.

    It was right across the street from the ocean with a view of the waves from the patio. Within walking distance of anything you may need and the room itself had all the equipment for a fun day at the beach. Check in is at the Kona Islander Hotel lobby and you get the parking permit and directions to the parking lot after that. The room is a bit small for 4 adults/teens but it was doable without any issue. Definitely recommend it.

    The unit is a small studio which was perfectly fine for my wife and I. The complex manager was really friendly and nice. The proximity of the bars & restaurants was great. The amenities provided in the unit were up to our standards. Our only issue and why it is a 4 instead of a 5 is that parking, even in the complex, was very, very difficult. There wasn't a ton of legal street parking close by either.
