Property is fine. Stayed for a week. If you want housekeeping tidy up, it's extra. Also towel service is extra. Location is great.
We loved staying here--the place, deck area, location, and beach. Would highly recommend.
Had a fantastic time here. The condo is beautiful and kept well. Had a leak in the sink, but the resort sent over a guy to fix it pretty quickly. Grounds are kept immaculate by the huge team of groundskeepers. Easy 3 minute walk to the beach, and it's centrally located to a lot of other great beaches within 5 minutes drive. Hated to leave.
For the price charged, the property could use a deep cleaning. Carpet in LR is dirty, found a dead cockroach in the track of shutter sliders, TV system awkward to operate, and very little pressure from shower head. The site needs a laundry basket, better broom to use, better vacuum, foldable dish rack, radio/sound system, and more beach equip to use ie. noodles, inflatable rings etc. The AC unit was great to have.

This condo is great! It turned into our little home for the week. Beach chairs and boogie boards were there ready to go. The kitchen had what we needed. The walk to the beach was a short stroll through some grass. From the other reviews I thought we’d be further away, but honestly getting to the sand from the condo took only a couple minutes. It was quiet and convenient. Will definitely book again.

My husband and I both suffered from MANY bites that itched all night and day keeping us awake. The gnats prevented us from sitting on Lanai especially at sunrise and sunset. Bring Bug repellent and apply it everywhere. If I missed a spot I would have several bites in that place, even eyelid.

The property is exactly as advertised. It’s very comfortable. The airflow through the unit is good, keeping it cool. Bed is comfortable. Has nice beach chairs, boogie boards, a small cooler perfect for 2. There are gas grills close by and they are cleaned so well by staff every morning they are gleaming and look brand new. Can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was.

Good bed, nice privacy with grass off lanai with peek-a-boo view of ocean 🍍
Easy checkin, was very clean. Was nice that they had games and boogie boards for us. Perfect size for doing simple meals, small but nice ocean view. Felt more private since there was no real walkway going past the lanai. Happy with our stay!

Beautiful beach within two minutes of condo. We saw turtles numerous restaurants to eat at hope to come back next year.
They property is very family friendly. Condo was fabulous! Overall a wonderful vacation stay.
This was the ideal condo for our family! We were 1 min walk to beach, the view from lanai is incredible, it’s quiet, private and well appointed. We ended up grilling quite a bit as the grills on the property are great. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and games. We didn’t want to leave and wanted to stay another week! We would definitely stay here again given the chance!
