The Space:
NEWLY REMODELED!
This is a one bedroom condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Located on a mid-level floor, accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area.
The master bedroom is small but private, only enough to fit the queen size bed and settee. The closet is located in the hall directly outside the bedroom. The living room has two futon couch sleepers.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road.
There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo, so if there is anything you need or any questions, please contact me.
There is some construction going on at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Please plan on some unsightly construction scaffolding and signs as well as possible construction noise Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No construction happens on the weekends). The parking lot on the mountain side of the building may also have some bad smells on occasion as they are finalizing installation of the new sewer treatment system on that side of the building. It's away from the beach and your unit.
Because we are aware and sensitive to these potential impacts on your experience, we have already discounted all nightly rates through 2023 by 20%. If you decide to cancel your stay because of the construction, we will offer a full refund to you if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation.
The vast majority of our guests still have a truly amazing experience here regardless of the construction and we think you will too! We are happy to answer any questions you have.

Jamie’s place went beyond what we expected. She has done an incredible job with the decor and looks way better than the pictures posted. There’s not a detail that she skipped. From her Hawaiian themed door to her Hawaiian pictures and local sculptures. Her appliances were modern and had everything you need for cooking. She even included K-cups for coffee. She provided boogie boards, snorkel gear and lots of beach towels. Her unit by far has the cutest decor. The beach was fabulous and the only down fall was that the pool was closed, even on the weekend which we were accommodated for. You will not be disappointed in renting this gem! Also, the AC was perfect and multiple fans throughout the unit. We can’t wait to book again!

Our condo was great! Tons of amenities, activities and the location was perfect! Our hosts communicated well and were accommodating. They gave us tons of information to help our trip go smoothly and lists and locations of recommendations. Would definitely book with them again when we return.

I traveled with just my teen daughter. We loved our stay here. I will warn that it is a bit more remote and limited on gas stations, restaurants, shops etc... But we were just fine with that. The beach was so quiet and relaxing compared to other beaches. Great snorkeling with lots of fish and turtles. The amenities in the unit were perfect for two girly girls. My daughter is very picky about things and she loved this unit primarily the vanity area with the mirror with alternative lighting. We really enjoyed our stay.
