We stayed in a newly renovated condo which was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.
Location is perfect, beach is amazing and not crowded. Lots of sea turtles here!
We would certainly stay again!
wish instead stars there was a 1-10 scale. I would the give a 8. There a couple of reasons for this that I will explain.
When we arrived at the cottage we booked we discovered that it was occupied.Confused I eventually got in contact with the owner. She stated she tried to call to say the cottage was being renovated (?)but the number was wrong.My fault.I later received two emails, I never saw till the day after my arrival.( the notation on it said yesterday).I think there could have been sooner notice by email. Being there was a family in it and it was presumably under renovation , I later E-mailed her that I was concerned that she may have squatters. So we relocated to the alternate site, that was in a nice spot, and linens, bathroom kitchen clean,comfy bed.Nice ocean breeze and sound for sleeping.That said it could use some love. There was clutter that has collected over time, curtains that could use a good wash.That said we did enjoy our spot which was actually a better location then the original. There is nothing like watching the sunrise over the ocean, or sun.In conclusion a solid 8.The lack of love my not have bothered us so much if we had not seen how nicely decorated A1 was, or the nice decor we have experienced during other visits to Pats. As well as a nagging (feeling) I say again feeling, is we were bumped because A1 could get a week instead of 4, to a site that felt we did not get what we paid for.
Location and cleanliness are the most important items to us when we travel. The location was very good. Neighbors were super nice. The cleanliness of the condo was not good. This place needs a deep cleaning and replacement of the kitchen supplies, pans small appliances etc or at least a good cleaning of them. Bugs in the blender and grime on other appliances.. if you like very firm beds, then you will like this condo.. The patio was nice. Communication was very delayed from the host. I understand she works full time but there should be a back up phone number for emergencies to reach someone else.
The cottage is small with great use of space to provide all you need to feel comfortable.
The lanai has plenty of room to watch sunrises, whales breaching, the ocean and tropical rain showers.
The owner was easy to contact with questions or to share information.

Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us! It was perfect for our honeymoon! The cottage was clean and very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided and we got a lot of use out of the beach equipment. The beach was literal steps from the porch which was amazing! It was quiet and relaxing. I definitely recommend this place to others!!
The pictures don't do this cute bungalow justice...it is literally right on the beach, you will fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and awaken to the most beautiful sunrises! We enjoyed the lanai so much-we ate every meal there, even brought our meals back so we could enjoy the views! Thank you Karon for sharing your beach bungalow with us! We hope to one day return to Oahu, and we will again be staying here!
Enjoyed the cottage very much. Woke up everyday to a beautiful sunrise on the beach. Close to Polynesian Center and Kualoa Ranch, and great local restaurants - Papa Ole's and Seven Brothers Burgers.
The views were amazing! The condo was clean and simple.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sharon's lovely home. Everything we needed was there, very
comfortable and clean. Lovely to be right on the beach, close to restaurants and supermarket.
