Kona Coast Resort is a highly sought after vacation destination here in Kailua Kona. With a central location, the oceanside retreat is a great place to forget your worries and enjoy this beautiful island. They have a restaurant, Sunset Terrace, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On top of that, Kona Coast Resort has great resort amenities for guests. Enjoy two swimming pools (one family pool with a children's pool and one quiet spa/ pool), three Jacuzzis, sauna, playground, tennis courts, volleyball, ocean view fitness center.
This spacious town home provides an excellent home base for your vacation. The primary suite on the main floor has a comfortable king-sized bed, large closet, and lovely en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Across from that is the lower floor guest bedroom. This has two twin beds and has ample space in the closet for clothing storage. Upstairs there is a second guest bedroom in the loft. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and has a full en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'll need for those home-away-from-home cooked meals. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal in the sink, full-sized refrigerator, oven and separate induction cook top. It also comes complete with pots, pans, dishes and flatware.
Outside on the lanai, enjoy comfortable seating and take in the views of Kona Country Club. You will be located just off of the 16th green and fairway with the beautiful Pacific Ocean behind. Enjoy a mai tai and feel the trade winds blowing.
The home is equipped with ceiling fans in each room to help keep the air flowing through the condo, as well as portable fans which can be moved throughout the space.
Guests will have full access to the 3 bedroom condo except one closet and one cabinet which has been reserved for storage of the owner's things. Beyond that, guests will have full access to the resort amenities including 2 pools with spas, a sauna, playground, 2 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court and ocean view fitness ...

We had a great time. The place was clean and nice. We loved the kitchen and the patio and that everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. (3 couples) The gym was tiny but everything else was awesome. We would stay here again

This was a nice place that was clean and looked as advertised. The complex had good amenities and was right near a great snorkeling beach. Our unit had nice view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai.
Kitchen was well equipped, we made many meals there, and bbqs nearby were great. Check in and out was easy.
We had small children and the unit felt safe and clean for them. There is a shopping center nearby, but you are about 15mins drive into downtown for more restaurants.
Communication was good once we were close to arrival, but I received no communication prior to the week of our stay for organizing necessary baby gear, so I was anxious until it was resolved. Luckily everything I needed was there upon arrival.
Would recommend and would stay again.
