We loved everything about this house. The location was great. The views from the deck were beautiful. There were plenty of sleeping areas. The kitchen was fantastic! We will definitely stay again.
Perfect for our group of 10 adults. Spacious. Full bath for each couple. Huge lanai with the best view of the mountains.
The house was clean and spacious.
Good space for 10 people including kids of all ages.
Kitchen works great for meal prep.
Has a couple floor fans, could use a few more since there is no AC and is hot at night even with windows open.
Bathrooms and showers work great.
Has some beach gear as well.
We stayed here for 7 days and it was amazing so much room and our kids had so much fun looking for rainbows and chickens. We would 100% recommend this house again
This property was perfect for our party of 9. It was clean, well furnished, and situated in a very nice and quiet community. It was nice having a bathroom in every bedroom.

Very big house!! Beautiful area, very close to all of our needs. Bedrooms were very accommodating. 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom. 5th bedroom couch bed. Laundry room had a refrigerator! Love the kitchen. Kitchen had everything you need. Big bench seating plus chairs at the counter. Awesome view off the patio.
Loved the 4 bedrooms & 4 baths for our 3 couples & 5 children. The airbed and hideabed couch were hits with the 2 boys & the 3 beds in the one bedroom was a hit with the 3 young girls. The lanai was popular and we enjoyed the pretty birds & geckos. The location was nice as it was in a safe, fairly quiet neighborhood if you don't count the roosters :)
We just got home from an amazing week in Hawaii! This house was perfect for our group as it had just enough beds. The kitchen was stocked well. It was nice having enough bathrooms and a washer and dryer. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the golf course and mountains.
Coming from a place where pretty much everyone has central air, it was a little surprising to walk in and have it be pretty hot. The house is furnished with a lot of fans though, both ceiling and plug-in. Once you open the windows and have the fans on, it was definitely OK. Certainly makes you appreciate your central air though. But I guess that’s Kauai so can’t complain too much. The only real suggestion I might make is to have a few more window coverings in the bedrooms on the ground level as the neighbors can definitely see in if they want to.
Overall, this house was great and Princeville is beautiful! Communication with the management company was very good and we would certainly stay there again!
