This property was very clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was easy and checking in was a breeze. A fully stocked kitchen and a quick Costco run which is right next to the Lihue airport made preparing food economic and easy. The grounds of Bali Hai are beautiful 🌴. All the staff was attentive and extremely helpful with any question or need. We Would highly suggest anyone stay here and can’t wait to come back. 🤙

Arrived in the evening with easy check in at the front desk. The unit was closed up when we entered and it was HOT! Opened all the windows and went out for dinner and drinks. Came home late in the evening and it was still HOT! Took a cold shower but struggled until later in the evening (middle of night) when it finally cooled down. Then had to deal with hearing crying babies, cars on the road and worst of all roosters squakjng with the windows open. Unit and neighborhood were fine (looking a bit tired and old), but the no AC was a show stopper for future visits. To be fair the listing said no AC, but we didn’t realize how impactful that would be.
