We have stayed at this resort before and loved the location of this unit. You really are steps from the ocean, pool and restaurant/bar. The unit is clean and comfortable. We used the master bedroom and slept amazingly. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. We cooked breakfast each day and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Seasonings too. There is a closet with lots of things to use for your fun in the sun. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler and more toys etc. The lanai was our favorite place for morning coffee and it has a view of the ocean and sunsets. The beach was really nice we swam and snorkeled, saw lots of fish and a couple of turtles. The pools heated, clean and relaxing. Perfect week! Mahalo
HANDS DOWN, the BEST place to stay! The pictures are TRUE views, even better in person! We enjoyed so many things: the nightly lighting of all of the Tiki Torches, (Don't blink - The man is FAST!) the sunrise and sunset all from our porch. (Even better steps from the beach!)Arthur was a very attentive host. He responded to messages immediately, (which was comforting). We don't travel much, and he was very patient and kind with us. The place was very clean, organized, and comfortable. It is equipped with all items you will need. You are in walking distance of the grocery store (oh - they have a wagon you can tote for groceries from your car!), shopping, and food! King bed - AH-MAZING!!! Just like home! So comfortable!! By far one of the best "away" beds we have slept in. Murphy Bed- My 12-year-old son said, "BEST ever!" (He dislikes hide-a-beds". He did not want me to lift that bed up during the day, it was so comfortable for him! :) The place is equipped with so many fun items to do with the family! Boogie boards, snorkeling, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few other racket sport items we did not use, but nice to see! Overall - you get what you pay for, and we paid LESS than what my parents did for their stay at the hotel. They were very jealous of this precious place!
Our stay was incredible! We loved the spacious accommodations, fully equipped living spaces and kitchen. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. If you love waking up, sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset - this place is for you. The rental instructions made it possible for us to really enjoy the local areas and also get acclimated to island including excursions and other activities and things to do on our vacation.

We had an amazing time at Arthur’s property! Perfect location steps from the beach, pools, and restaurant, and a short walk to a grocery store, deli, and more. We couldn’t ask for a better first experience in Hawaii.
Our family of four (two adults and two young kids) had an incredible stay! We loved being on the ground floor—just steps from the pools, the restaurant, and of course, the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. We would occasionally wake up to music from the restaurant during breakfast, but it was never a bother and totally worth it for the convenience.Arthur’s unit was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed, including kid-friendly dishes, beach toys, and a pack-and-play for our youngest. We especially appreciated not having to bring that ourselves (just a tip for future guests—the mattress is stored under the bedroom bed).Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely love to stay at Arthur’s condo again next time!
This property and unit are amazing! The best part about the unit is the location...ground level, close to beach, ocean views, close to pools and restaurant. We'd definitely stay here again! It was close to great restaurants, food trucks, Whalers, Black Rock, Honolua Bay. What more could you want? Thank you Arthur!

Clean and well kept. First class property. Close to beach and pool. Many great places to eat within 15 minute drive. Like anything else it takes a minute to figure a few things out but the staff here is terrific answering questions about the area.
This is our favorite condo on Maui. Close to all we wanted to do. Weather as perfect.

Condo was great!! Clean and comfortable. Grounds and amenities were awesome. Steps to beach and pool. Split our days 50/50 between the two. Great food options all within walking distance. 10/10!!
Property was exactly the way it was listed! Had everything we needed plus some. Great location, great resort, and absolutely beautiful!!

Excellent Stay, clean and convenient!
The unit was clean and comfortable. As advertised, it was a short walk to the sand and water and closer still to the pools and on-grounds restaurant. It easy walking distance to a grocery store, local restaurants and food trucks, and a short drive to popular restaurants and an outdoor mall with upscale shopping and other areas of interest. We enjoyed our stay and quickly felt relaxed and happy we chose this rental.
My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The proximity to the beach, pool, and bar cannot be beat, and the unit was incredibly homey and well stocked. Also, Arthur provided us with answers to any and all questions and made the check in process very smooth. We hope to be back in the not too distant future!

The best part of this property is that it is literally steps away from both the beach and the pools! The design, furniture and amenities were top notch and the beach equipment provided was a plus. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others. Thank you for hosting us!
My family stayed in this unit for 2weeks. It was just as the listing described. Very clean unit with full amenities. The unit was well equipped with snorkel gear, beach chairs, and sand toys. The A/C worked great and the bathroom was large enough, having two sinks, a tub, and shower. The unit is steps from both pools, restaurant (which is on property) and the beach. The unit is on ground floor which was very convenient with a large lanai and grass area. It was great waking up every morning, having a coffee and enjoying the sunrise. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this unit.
This unit is everything! Well stocked with all the amenities and Arthur was also super quick with responses.
We really loved the ground floor steps away from the beach, pool, dining (food trucks too!) supermarket, and parking. The easy live music at the pool was a bonus to hear from the patio or during an afternoon swim. We loved to watch the sunset every evening and looked forward to walking the boardwalk every morning along the beach.
This was my 10th trip to the islands and have been fortunate to stay at some of the luxury mega resorts, however we really much preferred the smaller feel of Kaanapali Shores and how centrally located this unit was to all the amenities that we love! Not spending a lot of time to walk to the beach, car, restaurant etc was certainly delightful! We definitely hope to return soon for another stay in this unit:) Mahalo
My partner and I both thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. The condo was very clean and the location was so close to the beach , pools and the resort’s restaurant.
We also liked that there were free towels that you could exchange daily and sunscreen dispensers located throughout the resort. The drinks at the bar were really good. Would highly recommend trying the tropical itch or the passion fruit daiquiri.
The owner was super friendly and great at communicating anytime we had a question. We were really happy to see how well stocked the condo was with movies, snorkel / beach gear and, household items.
The location was also a big plus since everything was within walking distance such as; Whalers Village, grocery stores, food trucks, and restaurants.
The condo was perfect. Has everything you would need. Communication perfect. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay one week in Maui. This condo made our visit to Maui outstanding. Thank you. We will definitely be back.
Couldn’t beat this location! Only a few steps from the pools, restaurant and beach. Convenience of the first floor while still feeling private. Very clean unit with everything you could need (beach chairs, toys, wagon, etc). Smooth check in process and friendly host. By far the best rental experience I’ve had in Maui and the only place I’ll stay in the future. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed! Being on the ground level, right by the pool and restaurant/bar makes it feel like you’re part of the action. The condo has a view of the ocean, it’s beautifully decorated, and has a ton of included items. Our kids loved the pool and beach toys, and we were thrilled to be able to use the wagon. Beds are comfy, appliances work great. We had such a great time!

Close to all amenities and on grand floor, with direct access to beach and pool. Cannot bear those.
We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and well stocked. The views from the room were gorgeous. We were close to both the beach and the pool. Everything we needed for the beach was already there which really saved us on rental costs. If I go back to Maui, I will be staying here again.

The house has a modern beach vibe! We really loved the extra touches! We felt very appreciated and enjoyed all of it! The Murphy bed was PERFECT as if folded up every morning!
We LOVED the coffee, and Ice that was already there when we arrived as well as cooking spices!
Our favorite was coffee on the patio watching the whales breach every day and being able to just walk out to the pool and beach!
