The open floor plan off the living area, and dining room, is located off the kitchen. The guest room is located by the entrance with a guest bathroom in the hallway. The primary ensuite has a stunning ocean view and private access to the large lanai. Enjoy the California King bed and large walk-in tiled shower. The large lanai has ample seating and the best view in the house. Enjoy the Kona ocean and the sunsets from your lanai.
Kona Nalu is just 2 miles from the historic Kailua Kona village. It features restaurants, quaint shops, a farmer’s market, and more. It is also within a few miles each way to some of Kona’s most popular beaches.
** Please note: There are a few steps up to the elevator to take you up from the ground floor to the second floor making it not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children the home is NOT childproof.

We were looking for a place that was close to the event but far enough away that it would be quiet. This was perfect. The condo was beautifully furnished. Clean, quiet and had everything that we needed.
My only issue was the responsiveness of the property management. They were slow to respond to me, the renter. Another tenant backed into our rental vehicle. We both had Suburbans. Ours to accommodate bike transport while on the island. This made the outside parking lanes which were assigned to us both very tight. I parked right up to the line so as not to block the exit from the parking area to others. When the other renter backed into my vehicle intentionally(he did it twice) I requested permission to park in the visitors spot in the back out of the way. The management still has never responded to me.
I also requested to drop bags at the condo 2 hours early day of check in, so that I would have room in the vehicle to pick up and drop some other friends coming in at the same time as the rest of my party. They never acknowledged the request until right before check in. So when you text them as they request, don't expect an immediate or maybe even any response at all

This property is absolute Ocean Front, and the pictures are accurate. Very nice inside and an excellent patio. You can hear the waves even with the windows closed! We had a small issue with the A/C that was taken care of the night we arrived. The outside of the building seems a little tired, but everything inside was new and clean, and the view is incredible. We spent most of our vacation looking at and listening to the ocean, which was my plan. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in paradise. The view is gorgeous! The place was spotless and super well stocked including all beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. for a fun day at the beach. The management company was very responsive and courteous. We were looking for a great condo, on the water, to celebrate 50 years of marriage for three weeks. This condo and location were perfect! We spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai listening to the waves and marveling at rainbows and magnificent sunsets. The living space and bedrooms are very comfortable. The constant sound of crashing waves lulled us to sleep every night! The kitchen is nice, functional and well equipped. Finally, having a reserved parking spot under roof was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect - close to the airport, downtown Kona, shopping, local beaches, and great restaurants (Jackie Rey’s, Da Poke Shack, Umekes). Be sure to tour Buddha’s Cup coffee farm (close to condo) and see Kona Kozy’s Magic and Comedy Show (AMAZING experience!). We plan to return next year for four weeks!
