Kamaole Sands 10-212 is located near the front of the resort, closest to the ocean! With views of the well manicured tropical grounds and ponds, you'll also enjoy partial ocean views from the privacy of your own lanai. The perfect spot to take in a famous Maui sunset or enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the tropical sounds and smells of our beautiful island.
With modern yet Hawaiian inspired furnishings and decor, your Maui experience continues inside! Cool blues and warm wood tones make this second floor condo inviting, relaxing and very cozy. Here you'll enjoy the comforts of home including: a well appointed kitchen, indoor dining for four and a restful living area with a flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. For additional guests, the couch converts to a Queen bed. This condo sleeps up to four guests. Your additional guests will also enjoy the privacy of their own bathroom; complete with a walk-in shower.
Step inside the Master Bedroom and you'll find a luxurious California King size bed. The tropical and tasteful furniture and decor continues! Providing you a serene and comfortable place to rest after those long fun days in the sun! The en-suite bathroom features a walk in shower with plenty of space for your belongings.
Between the lanai and the ceiling fans throughout the condo, you'll be able to keep cool on those warmer days. That said, the condo does feature a single air conditioning unit in the main living area only. Additionally, you'll have the added convenience of a stackable washer and dryer to use during your stay.

This condo has everything you need for your perfect Maui vacation! The lanai overlooks beautiful landscaping that features relaxing water fountains and ocean views in the background. It was so nice to listen to the birds while enjoying coffee on the lanai each morning. We cooked at home and fully enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed, including oil and spices. The condo is incredibly spacious and offers plenty of room to unwind after a long a beach day. The location is amazing, as you are directly across the street from great beaches and the coastal walk. There's tons of dining and shopping options nearby as well. Thank you to the host for an excellent stay!

This is a great location (across street from KamoleIII), a nice clean condo, complete with all the extras that made it feel like home (beach toys/chairs were in closet on the lanai, cooler in the the closet to enjoy refreshments while on the beach, spices and oil in the kitchen, even cleaning supplies and trash bags to keep things tidy!).

Overall confortible. Nice rocker furniture on balcony overlooking beautiful grounds and ocean. Clea ING crew could do better job cleaning shower tiles and shower head. Could use a new coffee maker

The apartment was truly “fully equipped” for a dreamy Maui beach vacation. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and could see the ocean from our balcony. The resort is well manicured and full of singing birds (and chickens) that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. All the little things such as snorkeling gear, tennis rackets, a cooler and beach chairs were FULLY appreciated and stored in the closet. There were some non-perishable staples such as spices that were helpful so that we did not need to purchase or bring for our week-long stay. We had one small maintenance issue that was taken care of quickly and professionally by the My Perfect Stays staff and did not affect our stay at all. The place will seem larger and roomier than the photos! This is an excellent apartment and My Perfect Stays is a great managerial company.

The condo was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. Especially liked the chickens wandering around. Check out time could have been a little later than 10:00 am as we had a red eye flight home. Great vacation.
