Great location, very safe, clean and well stocked unit. Felt like home. Even there are beach chair, coolers, beach toys etc. Beds are comfortable, ample sheets, towels etc. I will certainly come back.
Super convenient location. The unit was clean and perfect for our trip. While there was no AC there is enough of a breeze to keep things cool and comfortable.
Beautiful property in a great location. My fault that I assumed it would have air conditioning. It does not. Most nights it was comfortable enough to sleep.

I had a little trouble finding the key to access the unit and the area can be noisy at times, but I enjoyed the unit, amenities, and surrounding area. It’s a nice spot, and I’d definitely stay here again.
place was clean and convenient location
The location is great, right in downtown Kona with easy access to everything. The included parking off the back of the building was covered and easy to access. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved being on the lanai and hearing the ocean all night.
Perfect for our needs - Murphy bed a plus instead of a convertible couch. Exceeded our expectations. Well equipped kitchen. Great experience overall!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was secure, clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was stocked with all the stuff you need. It does get warm at night in the bedroom. We found some fans in the hall closet which helped a lot!
This property is everything that it is advertised and more. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and stocked with beach gear, coolers, and even seasonings for cooking.
The Murphy bed is extremely comfortable!
The location is perfect as well. Ocean view from the lanai, easy walk to so many restaurants and shops.

We did not like the lack of AC. Had to keep the windows open to keep cool but this meant quite a bit of noise at night.
Excellent location with easy access to shops and restaurants on Ali’i. Quiet. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Great afternoon sun and sunset views on the balcony. Bit challenging to find the parking space at first, but nice to have a covered space. All in all, good value!
Comfy beds, nice cross-breeze, great shower and pool. Info book awesome, excellent TV, m-wave and washer. Noisy in early am (trucks, traffic)
My husband loved this unit. We have stayed several locations and a few in this same complex. He says this one was the best! Close to everything and easy check in and they accomidated our late check out!
Bright, sunny and spacious condo next to restaurants and shops. Beautiful partial ocean view with a great balcony. Two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Some of the kitchen pans and utensils were a bit worn out, but well equiped.
Price is Wayyyyy worth the comfortable rental unit-
Location is convenient, pool /BBQ area is frequently maintained,elevator is fast, all of the electronics (tv, lights,fans, remotes were fully functional!
My only complaint is that we had to go home, our vacation came to an end!
The things we liked best about this condo in no particular order was: the security. No one gets in without a key. Very secure. Loved the pool. The communication with the host was excellent. They responded to our questions promptly and rectified any issues we had. Proximity to restaurants and shops. The queen bed was comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with essentials. The balcony was great as it had room for a table and 2 chairs and two lounge chairs. The thing that cost this condo a star was the lack of some basic housecleaning. Unfortunately the floors were very dirty and there was a lot of dust on furniture and mineral deposits on a shower door and dirty cushions.
One thing that can't be avoided is the night noise. But that's what you get for staying in town. This condo served our purposes and we had a wonderful vacation.
Overall enjoyed our stay even though there were some minor inconveniences. Great location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Great view of sunset from outside the building. Felt really safe.
Pool was really big but water was very cold. Boogie boards on premise were not in usable condition. A couple lights (one over Murphy bed and one in bathroom) weren’t working. The washer smelled of mildew but clothes smelled fine after using it. There were many fans but still felt warm with no A/C.
Had a great time and enjoyed our stay, perfection location just off the Ali'i drive.
Enjoyed the location, spaciousness and safety of the condo. Rental agents were very helpful with a few problems(housekeeping) we had upon arriving. You could tell the owner really tries to make this a nice place to stay. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends.
This is our second stay at this property. It is everything that you could wish for in a holiday condominium. Easy access to the airport, to shopping and to restaurants. The unit is well equipped and although not air-conditioned, the Hawaii breezes plus ample fans maintain a very pleasant indoor climate. two bathrooms plus a washer-dryer combination and comfortable bed and furnishings make for great liveability. The free Wi-Fi and ample tv programs just supplement the holiday. love it!
