We arrived around 11pm on our first night and we’re no or able to check-in because we weren’t given any check-in instructions. They were suppose to send instructions 2 days prior to our arrival but nothing had been received. When I texted and called to leave a message, they replied that I need to message through the app. We were very tired so this was quite frustrating. The next morning they apologized and said they would reimburse us for 2 of the nights. We have not seen any refunds still, a month later. TV didn’t work but they did get it fixed so we were able to watch halfway through our trip. The room is very nice, only complaint is the bed and pillows. My husband and I didn’t get one night of good sleep bc of how uncomfortable we were. Shower head leaks constantly as well. It’s a nice place, just needs some maintenance. The description says there’s no beach stuff. There is actually a large cooler, some snorkel gear for 1 adult, and a boogy board. It is in a convenient location right next to the Hilton lagoon and has a little market in the building and a couple of restaurants that we never got to try bc of the wait times. Overall a descent stay; management really needs to work on their communication though.
