But first - that view. Morning coffee and evening cocktails never tasted as good as they will, with the gorgeous waves crashing just below your waterfront lanai. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home. A full kitchen stands at the ready for meal prep, and the comfy, tropically themed living space offers a dining table for four and several couches where you can spread out and stream the latest release. More modern amenities include a washer/dryer, free WiFi and cable, and central air-conditioning. Spend the day in the complex's pool or hot tub; hit the beach just down the road; or tour a coffee plantation during the day, but make sure to be home in time for sunset from that lanai - it's going to be spectacular.

This is such a great place! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable and the AC works well. The decor is wonderful, and the two bedrooms/baths made our stay perfect. We honestly didn't want to come home!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and a nice space for the two of us. The sunset view is amazing. We could walk into town but did use Uber as well.

We really liked the view and outdoors terrace (the outdoors furniture was great--who is the maker?). Eating breakfast to the sound of the ocean and watching sunsets there was wonderful. We also liked the living spaces and kitchen and the proximity to town. The stairs are a bit of a climb.

This unit was great for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sea Village is well looked after, the pool, hot tub, and common areas were awesome. Sunsets off the deck are 5-star! The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys were an added bonus. Would absolutely recommend!

We wanted to leave a review to thank this property owner and help fellow travelers with making a decision on a place to stay.
In short, you will not be disappointed. This condo is exactly as advertised from the amenities to the location.
First, the condo is well equipped with everything you will need to cook, do laundry, or visit the beach. It’s not in the listing but we found a nice assortment of beach gear including chairs, masks, and beach toys. The two king beds were very comfortable and there is very good air conditioning units in both bedrooms. Between the ceiling fans and A/C we found sleeping to be very uncomfortable after a long day in the sun.
The listing pictures cannot impart how beautiful the view is from the lanai. The sitting area is private yet provides panoramic views of the ocean and the town of Kona. We watched everything from flying fish to whales while sipping morning coffee. Also, the pool and spa are just a short walk away to complete the perfect day. Parking was refreshing easy and we never had an issue finding a spot.
You will not be disappointed with this quiet hidden gem in Kona. A big thank you to the owners and property management company (Vacasa) for a wonderful vacation in Kona.

Beautiful views, the sound of crashing waves, clean working grills and close to restaurants, shopping and activities. We choose this unit because it had 2 King size beds and A/C. We were very disappointed that the A/C in the master bedroom had not been repaired after being reported to the management company in September. We were contacted on the day of arrival and agreed to have a repair man come during our stay requesting a call or text ahead of time to inform us of his arrival. He showed up twice with no previous notification-once in the morning to do a diagnostic test and trouble shoot and once at almost 6pm to complete the repair of pulling and replacing wires between all 3 units. Really?? This would be a 3-4 hour project. Questionable professionalism and availability. Perhaps the management company needs to rethink who they are hiring for a timely needed repair-especially since units with A/C cost more to rent-you then expect that service to be available or be offered some kind of compensation. The built-in ice maker made little to no ice-this was reported to management along with the coffee grinder needing to be replaced.

Great view. Great location. Comfortable beds and all else provided. Only thing is toaster does not work, but we grilled bagels in a pan instead. Pool and hot tub were lovely. We used the outside grill to cook our deep sea caught fish. Yummy.
