This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium has everything you need to relax in Maui with an incredible view and huge lanai! The condo includes everything you need: starter toiletries, towels, linens, kitchenware and a professional responsive property manager to help with anything you need. The kitchen provides great views of the park and the ocean while you get meals ready. The breakfast bar is perfect for dining in or open the floor to ceiling lanai doors and dine inside and out. It's 2nd floor location allows easy access to the beach and park just steps away. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is also perfect to relax in after a fun day on the beach or hiking in the nearby mountains. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex offers shuffle board, pool, and also has additional washer dryers if needed. Incredible sunsets, beautiful beaches, and a relaxing park are what the Maui Parkshore is all about. In addition, the Maui Parkshore is near dining, entertainment, surfing, theaters, grocery, gasoline, activities, golf, shopping, and all south Maui has to offer. Less than 25 minutes from the airport. The perfect choice for families, couples, and friends.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
-a starter supply of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

This unit was in need of major renovations and updating. When we arrived we had to call maintenance because the patio door had no lock. Maintenance were very good at responding and came and replaced the lock within an hour of the call. The dishwasher did not work and needs to be replaced. Tried to use it but dishes came out dirty. It was old and falling apart. The kitchen drain didn’t work. The half bath needed new shower. The location was great and very convenient. I would not stay or recommend this unit until renovations and cleanup were done. If this unit was renovated I would book again.

First of all, the pictures online do not at all represent the unit. It is old and outdated, the closet doors, screen doors, microwave handle, and living room furniture are all broken. Furthermore, the sliding glass door will not lock, leaving us vulnerable to robbery. The cleanliness is nonexistent. The carpet is filthy, there is mold throughout the unit, counters were not clean upon arriving, there are so many cockroaches and other bugs (throughout the unit, even in beds), and the couch and furniture are all stained. Furthermore, the general manager accused us of smoking and sent us a nasty email about an extra cleaning fee that would be assessed when in fact my children and I have asthma, are NOT smokers, and we’re not even at our unit when this supposedly occurred. The manager would stare at us very creepily and made us feel very uncomfortable to the point in which other friends traveling with us and staying at a different unit had to tell him off and make a complaint. I emailed manager about the dirty issues with unit with no response by them. I would NEVER stay at this place again!
