2 mins walk from beach. 1 min from food and beverage stores. 3 mins walk from nearest grocery store...
We loved our stay at the Kihei Alli Kai Condo complex. The condo is so clean and quiet and so convenient. It is a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Kihei, Kamoale I and it is just a bit further to walk to II and III for snorkeling. There are also lots of shops and restaurants that you can walk to from the condo. The condo had a great selection of beach gear for our use-chairs, snorkel gear (we brought our own thought), umbrellas and boogie boards. Our teenage son loved using the boogie boards at the beach in the afternoon. The pool was heated and we went for a swim in the pool and jacuzzi every night. And the sofabed in the living room was very comfortable and the lanai was perfect for bird watching.
We had a very nice vacation, the owner was very helpfull, she gave us good information that were important in our decision to travel to Maui after the tragedy.

Elaine and Don were a pleasure to work with. Their condo was very nice and we feel lucky to have been able to stay there. It’s located in a great spot, with easy access to the parking lot, pool and sauna. Check in process was a breeze - Elaine sent an email that contained everything we would need to know. One of our favorite things about the apartment - no need to carry an additional key with you. There’s a door code you can use to lock and unlock the deadbolt, which we appreciated so much as we were often in our swim attire with little or no pockets for extra keys. Lots of amenities in the complex and Elaine and Dons apartment. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and found ourselves at Foodland quite often getting groceries for some of our meals. Just a short walk to Kam I or II with the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and sand mats provided by Elaine and Don made for easy and relaxing beach days for us. Two small things I didn’t find, and potentially overlooked; a cooler and a beach bag. Outside of that, we had everything we needed in the condo, leaving us plenty of room in our suitcases for gifts for the kiddos. We were able to pack lighter too thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer. We found ourselves using the drying rack on the lanai to air dry our towels and swimsuits after a day at the beach. Check out process was just as smooth - leave the place just as good if not better than you found it and hit the lock button on the door on your way out.
We enjoyed the convenient location of this condo. A block from a beautiful beach, easy to travel out of town to other island places. Clean, with everything g we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We loved the beach chairs and beach umbrella! Highly recommended.

My wife and I have visited Kihei a number of times and are so lucky to have found accommodation that was really so accommodating . From the actual property to the very helpful host everything was perfect. Great location minutes from the beach, near convenient shopping and restaurants.
Awesome vacation! Great place to stay. Unit has a great vibe and very well equipped. Comfortable furniture, excellent location, wonderful views. Owners were great to deal with, very attentive and personal. Highly recommend staying here. We love it so much we’re coming back next year!!
