This one bedroom, one-bathroom condo is tastefully decorated with luxurious décor and furnishing. Pride of ownership is evident from the minute you walk through the doors! The unit opens westerly towards the blue Pacific, so you have a premier seat for a different sunset every night! All day long you will appreciate dramatic views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance, and sea turtles frolicking in the ocean just below. During our winter months, enjoy front row whale watching. There is no AC in this unit, however the ceiling fans throughout the unit and the magical Maui breeze keep it nice and cool.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and full size appliances. The owners love to buy fresh fish at the market down the road and grill on the resort's Jenn-Air gas BBQ grill, place it on a bed of fresh, local greens, and enjoy dining at sunset on the private lanai (Hawaiian for balcony).
The sounds of the waves will lull you to sleep. The master bedroom features a King size bed. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom is bright and spacious and features a large walk in shower.

Kahana Reef is an ocean front resort located in West Maui, approximately 10 minutes north of Lahaina, and near many top beaches and attractions. We have a small sandy beach adjacent to the property, which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You are guaranteed to see turtles swim by! Several of the top beaches on Maui, including the action of Kaanapali, the family friendly Napili, or the seclusion of Kapalua, are within minutes by car. This low-rise, low density resort (only 88 units, about half of which are owner occupied) offers an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and an authentic and peaceful Maui experience. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and bars, including Maui Brewing Co. and Miso Phat Sushi. Exactly as pictured. Wonderful view in a more relaxed neighborhood than many other resorts and condos. Very responsive property management. Comfortable bed, plenty of room, no A/C but fans are provided and the temperature is not a problem at night (in early April). No complaints at all.
