The view at this condo is amazing!! My husband and I sat on the porch every night and listened to the waves and watched for whales. The condo was very quiet, I do not remember hearing anyone else in the complex. We did enjoy having the air conditioning that looked new in the living room. Some nights were pretty warm when we returned from our days adventure. I loved the location as it was central to everything we wanted to do. Close to everything we needed. I was really impressed with the communication process. I was contacted multiple times with reminders and suggestions. Not once did I question what I needed to do or where to go. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. There was plenty of towels and laundry supplies also. Parking was also never a problem when we came home each night. I would for sure stay here again if we ever returned to Kauai!!

Stayed for 5 days in this beautiful condo! The views are what I envisioned when I pictured Kauai! It was centrally located to both the north shore area and all the fun communities to the south. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Hawaii. We stayed from April 17 - April 24th. We had a couple raining days but other than that the weather was perfect. The host supplied beach towels chairs, umbrellas and boggy boards. The rental was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had supplied us with a couple of snacks that were appreciated after a very long flight. Everything worked as it should, no issues with the appliances. You could tell the couch was a little worn but still very comfortable. The VIEW was incredible! The beach closest to our condo we didn't swim in. It was dirty with typical ocean debris. There was a homeless man on the beach but fear not, he was a wonderful man who taught me and my husband how to tie a blood knot and some fishing hacks. I would stay in this condo again in hopes I would get to see him. You are next to a highway/main road but I never noticed it once in the evening hours. If you want a tourist spot I would stay on the North side of the island. This area was a little quieter. The unit has an AC window unit in the bedroom. It worked well for us my husband's only complaint is that it's loud. I would stay here again, it was my little heaven.

The view of Wailua Bay is absolutely stunning. While there was a lot of road noise during the day, it did not prevent us from getting a good nights rest. When I return to Kauai I would definitely stay at this resort again, but would try to stay at the other side of the complex which is further from the main highway. The ac unit in the bedroom was old and very noisy, but was never needed. I would have preferred more comfortable chairs on the lanai. The 4 high top dining chairs were nice while having a meal, but were not comfortable for long periods of time enjoying the fantastic view. All in all a very enjoyable 10 days and would definitely return
The condo was clean except all carpets were filthy. The garbage disposal ran water from the bottom the day after we arrived. We cleaned up the water & put a pan under it & it was never fixed. It was wonderful having a washer & dryer.

The rental was clean and in good shape. The bedroom was warm but did have a fan. The view was very nice but it is close to the main road and there is very loud traffic all day and night.
The stairs up to the 3rd floor are arduous. The maid was still cleaning when we arrived. The maid [supervisor] could not get the door code to work so we sat on the stairs and sat and sat. Could not get thru to anyone for wi-fi codes--finally got a call back,
Finally the maid learned the trick to the door code and in we went, Awesome view of the ocean. Interesting watching the homeless who were camped on the beach next door building bonfires, arguing and ranting,, Again, the stairs are KILLER. Really appreciated the laundry and all the kitchen perks.
Slept like logs--very good bed and very quiet.
Would we stay here again? Perhaps on a ground floor rental. The manager is a super nice guy: so positive and accomodating.
Traffic along Kuhio is bumper-to-bumper 8AM-4 ish road construction.

The condo was fine, except for the temperature. The bedroom has ac, but that’s it. Normally that’s fine with the wind coming in from the ocean, but the way this building is set up, this unit misses all the wind. There are multiple fans around and we cranked them all up whenever we were in the condo. It was just moving hot air around though. We ended up finding a different place to stay after two nights.

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a week stay. Ocean view was amazing off the lanai. AC in bedroom was loud but worked well. Beach access is close and pool area nice. Only down side is noise, you can hear highway noise at night and early morning.
