Our stay in Princevile was perfect! Stayed s week and wish it could have been longer. Facilities and proximity to groceries, restaurants and beautiful Hanalei Bay, walking trails, cliff to view the sunset were perfect! A few downsides that have also been mentioned in other reviews: expect to be woken up daily by roosters and neighbors, noise carries right in. The view is of greenbelt.

Two reasons this location gets 4 and not 5: the roosters start crowing 10 feet from your bedroom at 2:30am, and, we prefer the immersion feeling that comes with staying in a house. Im not sure what the location can do about 2:30am roosters….not their fault. Lovely resort-like condos with a beautiful, heated pool and 2 jacuzzis, weight room, games on the lanai (large connect 4, foosball, etc). 2 minutes to nice restaurants, grocery, art, library. We frequently drove to Hanalei, less than 10 minutes. We are in love with Hanalei’s town and all of it’s amazing beaches. Even though March is still ‘winter’ in Kauai, we snorkeled, went boogie boarding, and hung out on the sandy beaches. Heaven!

Great accommodations with the listing and loved the amenities that the resort provided! We even rented SUP board for $40 each for a 24 hour period. Would recommend this location!
