Lovely & spacious unit. Plenty of natural light with views of the ocean even from a lower level unit. The furniture(sofa, bed, dining table, patio, etc.) we’re all very comfortable to sit or lie on. The patio was very relaxing to meditate on, having the golf course right I. Front of you was never an issue. Daniel was great I all his communication. My one little suggestion would be perhaps some motion night lights in the bedroom & bathroom. No other issues to report. Would definitely stay here again.
My partner and I stayed here for a week and it was very nice! The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. I was impressed with the array of kitchen amenities (blender, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, etc.) and the attention to detail; for example the master bathroom came supplied with q-tips and cotton swaps which I didn’t pack but ended up needing. You can also tell that they have a good system for keeping bugs away. When we stayed here we never saw a bug in the house and the few that we saw outside, on the patio, were always dead.
As for comfort, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice and light for those warm nights. They also had a heavy comforter in the closet for those of you like me that like to bundle up at night with the AC blasting. I also napped on the couch a couple times and that was very comfortable– I seriously considered looking up the maker of that couch and buying one for my home. I also want to add that I felt very safe here, the area was quiet and all the surrounding neighbors seemed nice and respectful of our privacy.
In addition to the cleanliness and comfort of the condo, the location was perfect! It’s located 2 minutes away from a shopping plaza with restaurants and a market, it’s also ~20 minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona which has even more shops and food options! My partner and I particularly liked how it was a 5 minutes walk away from the beach so we could go see the sunset over the ocean every night, it was great!
