No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

For a family of three adults, this gem provided an affordable space where we each had a bed! Beautiful views of the city with the ocean backdrop. Pictures were accurate. They provided kitchen supplies, even beach chairs and umbrella, which go for $20 to rent at the beach. The only issue was the complex elevators. They all worked but waiting for empty ones can be lengthy. That’s out of the control of this property owner, so it’s not a ding on them. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for having us.

The property is located in a good section of Waikiki, it is close to the beach and within walking distance of the malls restaurants, and shops.
The unit itself is very good, with good beds and functioning AC. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen accessories and appliances, so you can cook and save some dollars instead of eating out every day.
The unit has parking included and that was decisive in choosing this property because parking in Waikiki is expensive.
Using the elevators during "rush hours" is challenging, they are always full and many times you are not able to get in and you have to wait for a while to be able to get in.
We arrived late at night, and despite having been informed both previously of our arrival time and when we arrived at the airport, our check-in was not smooth as our parking pass was not available and we had to pay the parking for that night. After a few phone calls and texting with the property manager, it was sorted out, but after an 5 hours flight with kids, the check-in should have been easier, especially because we did inform our arrival as asked by the property manager.

First of all, the room was beautiful and recently upgraded. The beds were comfortable, the AC kept it cool and the kitchen was well stocked. It was an easy walk to the beach, or anyone around Waikiki beach. The only “annoying” part of this place is the elevators. They are usually packed and you end up sitting and waiting quite a while as elevator and elevator comes and goes, full of people. There was one time that I counted 7 elevators stop on my floor, only to be denied because they were too full. The condo itself was great, the communication with the host was great, and the parking was easy, and had a lot of spaces to park. All in all only was great, just the elevator situation was not!

We really enjoyed this condo. Very nicely updated. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning enjoying coffee. The beach chairs and umbrella were so helpful! It’s in a great location. Would stay here again!!

Upon arrival to the unit we noticed the pocket sliding door was broken, one of the kids got locked in the bathroom.. We contacted the management and got shifted around a little then he told me he would see what he could do about some sort of compensation as they all knew about the broken bathroom door prior to our arrival and that it would take 2 days of labour to repair. He also suggested we get full compensation and find another hotel, was he serious?A week later we called to check in on the status and he said he would submit our request, so he didn’t even do anything to start with….disappointed! This was an inconvenience all trip as we had no bathroom door. We were definitely deceived into thinking the manager was on top of it. Upon check out the manager told us again he was checking in on some sort of rebate, of course we are home now and no communication. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Everything about the stay went so well! We had a small issue with not being able to close the bathroom door but besides that, everything was great. The place was well kept and had anything you could've needed. Great location and overall decent communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

The pull out coach is NOT at all something to sleep on. You have to sleep on the couch so if you are planning on more than 2 beds, this is not the place. The bathroom door does not shut either so keep that in mind, not a lot of privacy. Overall, the place was clean and semi close to the beach…super long walk but doable.

Place was in good location that was walkable to the beach and many restaurants. We had a car to tour island and freeway access was easy enough. Although the unit sleeps 6, there’s only one small bathroom. We had 3 women and one bathroom was tight. Loved having full size kitchen! Would stay here again, if returning to Waikiki.

Easily accessible. Great communication via texts/ phone calls. Our flight was delayed, which delayed our check in. No problems. Clean environment. Great view if you like heights.
