I was sent an email giving me the code to get in but was not told that I needed to pickup a fob to access the building at a different location so I inquired at the front desk and they weren’t able to help as they are there for the hotel guests and I was unaware that I wasn’t supposed to have contact with them. After sending a message and calling the realtor and getting no response security for the building contacted them and I was then given instructions on how to retrieve the fob. The property was not very Clean, I have pictures and I also have the email that was sent to me that does not give any information about getting the fob at a different location or that I wasn’t supposed to have contact with the front desk, if you would like to see them. It was however a great location.

Check in process was a little confusing. One set of instructions said key fob and parking pass would be in the unit and the other (attachment to the same instructions) said key fob and pass needed be picked up from the property managers office at a different location. Though when asked they responded promptly and communicated well through out stay.
Location was perfect. Beach and park adjacent and walking distance to Waikiki shopping and dining.

Reports of a broken fridge in the reviews, but it's brand new! There was a broken rocking chair back that should be replaced. I would totally recommend this place to a friend!

The location was amazing and convenient to the beach and easy to take the stairs on the second floor. The washer/dryer was a huge perk to clean up dirty clothes daily. My only issue was at check in not getting the code to the lockbox for my keys. Had to contact multiple phone numbers and was several hours later after messaging through VRBO, that I was contacted, but after that everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

This apartment checked off my must have list. Fabulous location, convenient parking included , air-conditioning, an in-unit washer/dryer and a king sized bed. The apartment is very nice and exactly as seen in the photos. It could use either a dresser or some kind of horizontal furniture (even luggage racks would be fine) in the bedroom so suitcases can either be unpacked or have a place to sit on and utilize when they are opened. The kitchen area has a coffee pot but would benefit from a toaster as we ate breakfast in every day. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels are provided, but the towels are very poor quality and both small and scratchy. It would also be nice if beach towels were provided. The air conditioning is set to a very low temperature (excessively cold) and we could not find any control to adjust it. Our biggest complaint is that the real estate company that manages it, is very bad at communication. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and we had to physically go to their office to speak with someone to deal with a situation that we needed help with. It was taken care of, but it should not necessitated a trip to their office. A day or two later we were sent a text asking how they could help us. Overall, a very good stay.

The unit is old and outdated. The online photos are at least 8 years old. Everything in the unit is dirty/dusty or broken. I'm leaving a review with photos online so no one else has false hopes of a nice stay!

The newly renovated is not newly renovated, nor does it have a dishwasher. I wish I could attach photos as the refrigerator was rusted on the outside, doors with deep scratches broken and off the tracks, chair broken and minimal utensils and dish towels. Overall poor ownership or management for whomever is responsible as it was the dirtiest place we've ever stayed

We loved staying here. Beach and restaurant access was so easy. The big windows all across the suite looking onto the park are a treat. The only complaints were 1. A bit of trouble claiming the key to access the suite 2. The suite was clean but the porch floor was quite dirty 3. The sheets weren’t fitted and always became a wrinkled mess 4. There was no dish soap or dish cloths and towels. But overall we highly recommend it.

My husband and I did stay at many Waikiki Shore condos within the last 8 years. This is one of my favorite units so far. Don ́t worry about 2nd floor location, the park views are awesome and the fact that you can use the stairs is a real ++(you sometimes have to wait extremely long for one of the lifts). The unit was clean and we've been surprised to find, salt, pepper, paper towels and dish soap in the kitchen as Lei Hawaii told there wouldn ́t be any. Parking at Fort DeRussy is another +. I've felt at home at unit 208 right from the beginning and wished I could have stayed longer. Love it. Only dilemma: the frontdoor of the refridgerator definately needs to be repainted as the rust bloom disrupts the great overall look and is extremely visible. Besides this it ́s +++ 👍
