Welcome to Hawi Hideaway,
2 bedroom, 1 bath home in Hawi. Sleeps 6, walking distance to main street, Saturday farmers market, coffee shop, boutique stores and galleries.
Our home is tucked away off the street in a beautifully landscaped yard. There is a mango and orange tree, help yourself to fruit when in season. The home is newly furnished and has a large lanai to sit in the shade and enjoy the trade winds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and Weber gas grill for grilling up your favorite meals. There is private covered parking.
Activities close by include swimming, hiking, ziplines, kohala ditch and is only 20 min from the best beaches on the island. Pololu Valley is just 10 min up the road with majestic vistas and hiking down to the valley floor.
This house is a place to go to enjoy quiet, nature, and the serenity of the country. House is approx 1 hour north of Kona and the airport. 30 min to Waimea and Waipi'o Valley. On property management if you may need anything or have questions about the area....

We came Hawi for a family reunion. This property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond when I had a question (prior to stay). I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this home is lovely. Simple, peaceful and short stroll into small Main Street. Highly recommend!!!

There's only one improvement I suggest, the shower/tub needs a non slip foot mat to eliminate possible falls.
Other than that, it was outstanding in every way. The privacy, the little town less than a block away, and the amazing amenities were absolutely the best. If we decide to return to the Big Island again, we'll try to book it again, and I'm going to let a few couples we know the information about they can enjoy it like we did !

A perfect little place near the quiet little town of Hawi. This cottage had all the conveniences with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a large lanai for having our coffee in the morning.

A beautiful, peaceful small town setting. The house is beautiful, well equipped with anything and everything you could need. A great place to get away from the tourist attractions but close enough to great snorkeling, whale watching and beaches.

This is such a great property: secluded, yet just a five minute walk to Hawi, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including plenty of fluffy towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards, everything you need to cook great meals, including a nice gas grill, even insulated bags for trips to the grocery store. Hawi is a quiet and charming little town, and you can't beat coffee in the afternoon at the coffee shop. And, plenty of nice lighting and a couple of nice recliners to make reading in the evening a pleasure. (Poor lighting is one of my pet vacation rentals peeves - but NO issue with that here. Bravo.)

Super clean, quiet, well supplied, well located house with a covered porch (lanai) about 5-7 minute walk to main road- coffee shop, restaurants, organic grocery store, post office, other stores etc. Short hike down the road to the Pratt Road trail- hike and bicycle. Lots of beach towels- even some from Turkey-so impressed we ordered our own from the supplier. Mango tree and orange tree in yard- Oranges were ripe and got ok to pick- best oranges. Easy drive to hiking trail and Mahukona swim area- early morning swim and saw rays, dolphins and fish!
Only downsides- were the free roaming roster(s) that were alarm clock, early rises- 4:45 am, 5:30 am and 6:15 am- Was told they were escapees from a barn. -neighborhood dogs that were in gated yards let everyone know you were walking by on the road- bow wow!

My brother in law and nephew said the home was very relaxing and comfortable. Their 5 day stay was exceptional. My brother in law grew up on Oahu and now he wants to move back after this recent trip.
