    Welcome to our island home-away-from-home! The Big Island is a truly special place with something for everyone – from beaches to walks and hikes to water activities, golf, shopping, and sight-seeing.

    Waikoloa Beach Villas is adjacent to the Queens and Kings Shops for easy access to shopping, dining, groceries, cinema, coffee, etc. Our Unit C2 is conveniently located steps away from one of the two beautiful, heated lagoon-style pools. And it’s an easy 12-15 minute walk to one of the Big Island’s most beautiful beaches, ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay!

    The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkels, fins, beach/pool toys, and even a Stand-Up Paddle Board – all for your use while you stay with us.

    Our condo features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The open concept floor plan leads into the comfortable living room with flat-screen cable TV and queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is the private lanai – perfect for eating outside or just relaxing in the beautiful weather.

    The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen cable TV, and a beautiful en suite master bath with walk-in closet, soaker tub, and tile shower.

    The second bedroom can be set up with two Twin XL beds OR with one King bed. Just let us know what you prefer when you book and it will be set for you! The bedroom also has flat-screen cable TV.

    The one-car garage is available for convenient parking and contains all of the beach gear.

    Property was exactly a described. Extremely clean, beds were comfy, probably the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at and the community facilities (pool, gym, etc) were in great condition and clean. Communication with property manager was very smooth and informative. I would highly recommend this property, and if I ever find myself on the big island again I hope it’s available for my trip.

    We have stayed in this area before and love the location. It is close to shopping, has a beautiful pool and the condo's are really nice. We had a few small issues with the condo during the week (smoke detector went off for an unidentifiable reason, foot of the bed was broken & the drain was clogged), but the management team was extremely responsive and everything was fixed immediately. I have to say that the managers of this condo unit were REALLY good. It was very clean and was a very comfortable place. Loved our week there!

    We had a great family holiday. The unit had everything we needed and is close to the pool, shops, restaurants, and many beautiful beaches. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

    We were very satisfied with our condo unit. Spacious, fully supplied, clean, comfy beds, ground level near pool, easy moving in and departure. Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops nearby made convenient shopping a plus. Our host, Stacey, was a super host, emailing informative details of our stay and friendly communication. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

    Everything we needed was there. Pool was very nice. When we had an issue the property manager was very prompt in answering. The issue was our own fault! Sort drive or longer walk to the beach.

    We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The place is well appointed with all the amenities you will need from the kitchen to the beach toys. C2 is a right by the pool and it was nice to have a garage spot and the extra parking spot for a second car. Stacy accommodated our every request and couldn't have been more attentive. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

    Friends and I really enjoyed the lovely condo. Very clean and well stocked. They had lots of beach stuff that we never used due to lack of time. Could not have asked for a better place.

    We loved our stay here! Stacy, the property manager, was communicative and so helpful with tips about the island. The property was perfect for our family of 5- there was a pool steps from our patio and the unit was spacious. It was also SO clean and as well-stocked as you could ever ask for. We would 100% book this place again and had the best time on the island! Thank you Stacy!
