Kona Isle Condos are located on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, and are individually and privately owned. The gorgeous 74-unit complex is meticulously maintained and blissfully tranquil. While staying at Kona Isle you can swim, relax by the pool, or watch the whales and dolphins passing by as you listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean's surf. Treat your eyes to the breathtaking views from anywhere on site, or enjoy peace and quiet, and great sunsets while barbecuing on the BBQ's overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Wireless internet is available in our Library, as well as many books to read. Kona Isle is located 1 mile from Kailua town and close to shops, seaside restaurants, nightlife and beaches.

This our 3rd stay at Kona Isle and we booked with Knutson all three times. Unit D2 was perfect for the two of us. The unit was clean, well equipped and perfectly located.Knutson was seamless in terms of communications by phone,texts and emails.

Great suite, well supplied with all you need as well as snorkeling, bogey boarding and beach day gear. Lots of kitchen stuff and a really comfortable bed. We declined the additional $25.00 a day for the AC and found we really didn't need it. Definitely would be happy staying again.

The rental experience was perfect in every way. The unit was immaculately clean and in perfect condition, including all of the fixtures, furniture, appliances, bedding, towels, you name it. The unit was stocked with absolutely everything we need for a home away from home week-long stay, plus extra supplies to head to the beach with, which is such a great perk in a Hawaii rental. We needed assistance as the automatic lock was not functioning upon our arrival, and were presented with a prompt solution of a lock-box key until mgmt could send a repair person. Communication on this matter was prompt and professional. Parking was very convenient with a dedicated reserved space near the building.

We had a lovely time staying at Kona I’ll. We had an oceanfront unit with excellent use, access to the barbecue and close to downtown. The bedroom was comfortable with lots of hanging space. Everything was super clean, good quality linens and dishes. We were missing a dish strainer, and the owner responded promptly to supply one. We were very happy with our stay, and would recommend this unit and complex.

We had a lovely time staying at Kona I’ll. We had an oceanfront unit with excellent use, access to the barbecue and close to downtown. The bedroom was comfortable with lots of hanging space. Location is what makes it all worth it, right in the middle when you trying to explore the beaches both directions. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves and a fan, because no ac. And watching dolphins with you cuppa coffee right off your patio. You do spot a bug here n there, but it’s the same deal in other places too. Pool is super warm, only realized at the very end. Very good value for oceanfront…
