Explore the island by kayaking in Hilo Bay. Complimentary rental of two ocean kayaks for the guests listed in the booking.

The property is located between Hilo town (30 min drive) and the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (25 min drive), convenient to explore the windward side of the island.

Our duplex home consists of three bedroom main house and one bedroom/guest house. Both units are currently being rented out. The units are separated by laundry room and carport - the shared space with other guests.

The three-bedroom main house (right side of the duplex house) is bright with lots of natural sun light and breezy trade winds.
Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with 100% cotton sheets. A full size pull-out sofa in the living room sleeps additional two guests.

The laundry room and carport are common area to be shared with other guests
staying in one bedroom guest house.
The gate lock code and other check in instructions will be provided a day before your arrival.

Enjoyed our stay here, no complaints. The host does not provide laundry detergent, a slight inconvenience, the oven was not working but the host was unaware of it. Natasha is very responsive. The place was very clean and had plenty of dishes and cups. Bathrooms were also nice/clean with all toiletries provided. Overall would recommend this place.

We had a great time there despite the constant down pour in the area where ever we went. Apparently Feb Is the rainiest month in that area near the volcano park. Natasha was very responsive to my questions and the house was really well stocked with all the gadgets and supplies that I need. Having to open and close the gate in the dark with the down pour was a bit difficult and I had to use my phone. Would be useful if there is a flash light tied to the gate. There are a not a lot of option for dining out or grocery shopping in the immediate neighborhood but there are markets in about 15 mins drive. The coffee bean that was had in the house was super good (not sure of the brand name). We will definitely stay in the place again.

Clean home, comfortable beds, quiet property. Hosts were very kind and even brought some cookie sheets/glass pan for us to use in cooking (looks like they got misplaced). A great spot away from Hilo but doesn’t feel too remote and super close to the national park!
