The whole house was clean and kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The only thing I would suggest would be to get a bigger by the street address sign so you can see it at night when you try finding in the dark. This was one of the best VRBO stays ever. I would strongly recommend.
House was good, Instructions were clear. You will feel close to nature surrounded by crickets and frogs sound at night. Only 30 mins away from National volcanic park. We got to see live volcano eruption which was highlight of our trip. Equipment's were all in good condition. Carry any necessary items with you, since location is remote.
Natasha and her husband were lovely! Natasha communicated promptly and was helpful! Her husband also gave us suggestions on where to visit on the island. We had a lovely stay. Mahalo to Natasha and her family!
Very unique home nestled in the rain forest added to our enjoyment of an authentic Hilo experience. You feel like you’re staying in the middle of the jungle with the sounds of wildlife all around you. As other reviews have said, the sound of frogs and other animals at night can be very loud. We didn’t mind it at all but if you’re a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine. The location was halfway between the National Park and Hilo (about 20 to 30 minutes to either) and was perfect for multiple trips to the National Park. We were fortunate to watch the volcano erupt during our night visit to the park which was unforgettable!
Great location for those who want to visit the Volcanoes National Park and not too far from Hilo. Spacious and very clean. Very peaceful
This place is in an excellent location for our purpose of exploring the east side of big island, we like sightseeing here and there, not hours sitting on a beach. the vocano park only took us half a day to explore, glad we didnt stay by the park. Natasha's place is super comfortable and clean. I slept better here than at home, the nightly chorus of frogs and bugs is heavenly to my ears, it didnt affect my sleep at all even though it can be loud.
It was great location for us to travel to volcano and Hilo. I BR with 2 beds (King and Queen) was perfect. The refrigerator and freezer wasn't working when we arrived but owner's husband arrived soon after and fixed and cleaned it up too. Thank you! Screen in front window had a hole so we just stuffed a paper towel in it until that can be repaired. It would be nice if screens were in all windows as there is no ac. Oscillating fan was good. Nice place to stay.

When we arrived the instructions were very clear and if we had a question they responded really quickly! I came with 4 friends and everything was clean, there was some chocolates on the table and it was really welcoming :) Also the house is fully equiped with towels, hygene things and the kitchen has a lot of things included such as rice cooker or minioven. The location is perfect, as is a quiet place and not far from anything!!! (just the birds at
night that make the noise hahah)
My Daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The listing was exactly as described if not better in person. Everything that you could need was supplied…it worked out perfectly for us as my sister lives nearby in Hawaiian acres. I would definitely come again thanks for a great stay.

We took the grandkids for a fun week on the big island.
The little ones loved room to roam and explore. Nights were very quiet and restful. The beach chairs and gear were well appreciated. The kichen had everything we needed.
