We stayed here for 3 weeks in the lead up to Ironman WC, what a spot! Loved the apartment it had everything we needed, was lovely and clean, peaceful and the pool area was awesome. I didn’t want to leave! John was easy to communicate with and the check in was very easy. It has been 6 years since we visited last and we loved every minute of the trip. Won’t be waiting 6 years to visit again!

We loved this property. Washer/dryer was very appreciated. Pool area is great and the waterfront benches were great for enjoying the sunsets and waves. Walking distance to downtown area for restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location condo. Lots of views, walks, pool, and amenities. Communication was right on. We adapted to no air conditioning with provided fans throughout the condo. Hiked a lot and enjoyed national parks. Wi-Fi perfect. Thank you!

Planned a surprise trip for just me and my almost 12 year old. The condo was perfect. kiddo really enjoyed the pool and the condo was centrally located for all our adventures. The place was clean and comfortable, the grounds were well maintained, and we met some lovely fellow travelers. There were plenty of things supplied (pool toys, boogie board), and kitchen was well stocked, though we only used it for breakfast and coffee. John and Carol were very communicative and made the process very easy. Great stay! Mahalo!!

Beautiful property and condo on the water and away from all traffic noise. The condo was clean and lovely. Our only issue was that the beautiful salt water swimming pool was closed for over 2 weeks having deck resurfacing done. To us, the pool was essential giving the hot temperatures and environment.

This condo is perfectly located in Kailua-Kona. It was recently renovated and looks beautiful and elegant. The bed is soft and comfortable. Great kitchen layout and spacious living room with a sofa that converts to a pullout bed (if needed) for evenings to unwind. Good for a couple or a small family. It’s minutes away from grocery stores and shopping areas to get set up or to restock during your stay. Hosts are very kind and prompt with communications. A great home base for traveling all over the island.
