It was comfortable, convenient and affordable base of operations to take advantage of the numerous sights and activities of Kauai.
I was extremely happy with the property not only because it was close to the event I was attending, they also have all the little amenities you might need. I needed an iron and board for my shirt and pants and they had it which made it great. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to experience the tennis court or pool because of how short my trip was, but everything was amazing during my stay. Although the location does not have a/c, it was not needed because the weather was great and during the night it gets very windy.
Walkable to Shipwreck beach & Hilton amenities. Pool a short walk or drive - to nearby restaurant that is closer to pool. Property had lots of beach supplies to borrow as well as beach towels. Everything we needed for our short visit. Will come again with family.
The place was not what I expected at first but it was clean and close to Poipu Golf course which was the reason for our trip. It was a bit confusing upon check in and I couldn't get in touch with the property manager. I did not expect for it to be in a room with other rooms in the house. I assumed it was a separate space but that may be my misunderstanding. Also, it would be A LOT better if there was A/C because I was dying in there. Other than that, the stay was fine and the property managers were nice & helpful.
The apartment was small, but room enough for a couple of nights. There is really no kitchen to speak of, just a warming plate and some other efficiency items. It would be very hard to cook in the little space. However, the little kitchen was well appointed. The rest of the apartment had everything we needed. I would suggest barbeque if you want to cook at the apartment. Also note, there were several apartments here and I think we had the smallest. We peeked into one other when the door was open and it was quite large.There was a small miscommunication with the owner, but nothing earth shattering and all was well in the end. The owner is really nice and the property is beautiful with nice outdoor space. The unit is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We walked around a bit and went to the pool. It was a nice way to spend a couple of hours.I would definitely recommend this unit for a couple of nights, no more than 2 people. I would stay here again.
Great stay for short trip in quiet residential area. Close to Poipu beach, shop, and eateries.
My daughter and I stayed in the Queen Suite at Lanai Villas. It was small but comfortable and we enjoyed the deck outside the living room/bedroom. The queen size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The futon in the small living room was comfortable with the extra foam mattress that was available.The landlord, Cam was responsive to any questions, and very pleasant. We arrived after dark, but as was explained (prior to arrival) by email, the front door was unlocked and instructions and welcome letter was posted inside with directions to our suite, where keys, beach towels, and a box of chocolates awaited us! The overhead fan and screened windows made sleeping comfortable (we were there in February).We used the beach chairs that were available to us, and we chose to drive to the beach - Poipu.I would definitely stay there again.

Tiny apartment in an older house. Lack of AC was manageable but needed to pay attention to closing and opening windows and using fans, very convenient for us as was about 5 min walk from the house other family members rented. Lovely network of walking paths in area
The place is sweet, with all you need in terms of amenities. Even a gift of macadamia chocolate nuts. Entry is easy and great location for beaches and restaurants. I loved the outdoor deck for relaxing between activities.

Everything was set up well for what we needed. Communication was great. Slept great both nights. Close to beach and restaurants. Owner had alot of things we could borrow, such as body boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, small coolers, and many other things. For the price it's pretty hard to complain about anything unless your just a miserable unhappy person. Thanks Cam for an easy and pleasant stay.

We selected the property as an affordable option for a friends wedding at the Hyatt next door. It was a great spot and only a 5 min walk to the Hyatt to be able to join all the wedding events and shuttles easily. It is also a 5 min walk to the beach.
The property is quaint and cozy. Easy checkin and communication. One thing worth noting is the unit does not have air conditioning. I’m sure this is fine most times of the year but was warm when we visited in August. The owner lives upstairs and brought us extra fans

This was an affordable and conveniently located spot on the south shore. It was far from fancy but a great option for those that are planning to spend most of their time out exploring all the natural beauty Kauai has to offer. There was a minor issue with delayed check-in instructions from the host, but it seemed likely that it was a one-off issue. The rest of the communication was great
I stayed at this property for 2 days so that I could attend a wedding at the Hyatt which is a 5-minute walk on the greenbelt. The location was perfect. The apartment was well stocked; bed was comfortable; shower was great. Lots of beach items (chairs, snorkels, fins, boogie boards). Very quiet. Easy check in process. Highly recommend.
The property was great location to walk to Shipwreck Beach and a short drive from Poipu Beach. The place was clean and neat. Overall a great experience.
Cam's property was perfect for us. The location was great. It was quiet and relaxing. We were able to find our way around the neighborhood easily. The instructions were easy and user friendly. Things were set up for our arrival. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, etc. for beach use. The linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook. We ate breakfast there daily as we wanted to explore the local cuisine for lunch and dinner. We felt at home here. We would happily return.
Nice little place, you basically get a small apartment all to yourself. The cooking area has the basics if you want to cook at home. A lot of great beach gear was provided which was super nice. A small beach 10 min walk from the house was great.
Casual with a great location on Kawai. We had a Pleasant short walk to the shore. The first day, my wife and I walked down to the beach for sunset. As we approached the beach, saw a whale breaching just offshore. I saw only the big splash. She was a lucky lady!

I really enjoyed how close the property was to the beach. Very quiet area. Home was old and run down. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Water dripped from the shower. Couldn’t close the screen door for the patio, was off the track. Would not stay there again.
First and foremost Camron was an excellent host. VERY nice and accommodating. Picked me fresh papya. The place has a well appointed kitchen. Full size frig. We ate breakfast there every morning. Microwave, coffee machine & 2 burner hot plate made it very convient. No air-conditioning just want to mention this in case this is important to you. There are ceiling fans and a floor fan that are helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hallway and I definitely took advantage of them. Cameron has Kirkland Free detergent, there for you to use. My favorite thing about this place is it was in a very nice upscale neighborhood right next The Gand Hyatt. 5 min walk to a BEAUTIFUL beach. 10 min walk to dinner or coffee shop, car ride away to shopping or Longs drug store. There is a pool that you can walk to to use. Cam has very clear instructions on what to do. We enjoyed our 9 days in Kauai. This place has 3 separate units. It was very affordable, plenty of clean towels. The place is not the newest and could use some upgrading but it was clean.
Not accessible with 6 stairs to get inside.
No room in the kitchenette area to move let alone cook.
4 nights and 5 cockroaches! Totally not worth going back!!
