This adorable condo has been remodeled from top to bottom and is designed in a cool coastal taste. Washer/Dryer in unit and a great Kitchen with all you will need to feel right at home. Enjoy surround sound as you watch your favorite show.
The location is in walking distance to stores, downtown, restaurants, canoe paddling and swimming from our Harbor. Sandy beach at the King Kamehameha hotel is open for your use. The unit has a community pool with BBQ area, total airconditioned, lanai to enjoy breakfast and off street assigned parking. With my other units, I have maintained Super Host and Premier Partner and will gladly direct you to the reviews I have received over the years, so you know you are good hands.
The unit is on the 3rd floor, and we do not have elevators. This is a nonsmoking building. If you have multiple guests coming, we call also offer one of our 4 Ocean Front 2-bedroom Units on Alii Drive. For our longer-term snowbirds, I offer discounts for 30–60-day stays.

This rental was Amazing! Truly. Super clean, and the balcony was a perfect spot for breakfast. Bring your binoculars for stays in the whaling season. We watched them while we ate. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the décor and the unit was up to date with all necessities. I was so grateful to have a bit of detergent, dryer sheets, vacuum for sand, Dish washer, ample dishes, and towels. T.V. worked great. Unit was quiet and the air-conditioning worked fabulous. Being so close to restaurants and grocery stores made it easy to get around. Perfect spot to lay your head at night with a central location for exploring. The owner was communicative and left great instructions for parking and how to find our unit. The grounds were also very pretty!

This is a very nice condo. On the top, 3rd floor. Walking distance to the downtown restaurants and Safeway. The only small issue is because of the location there is more noise. However when you close the sliding doors to the lanai, it blocks almost all the sound. The property manager is very easy to contact.

This condo was everything we needed for our vacation. The renovations to it were well done, and the space felt open and airy. It was clean, had a fully equipped kitchen, and was also within a 5-10 walk of many restaurants and shops. Beach items were provided- including towels, an umbrella, chairs, and snorkeling gear. The screened-in balcony was perfect for morning coffee. In terms of layout, it was great for the two of us. A sliding barn door separates the main space from the bathroom and bedroom. There is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom- fyi. The bathroom is around a corner from the bedroom. We had an excellent time staying here and would recommend it to future visitors!

Cleanest property we have stayed in yet. Best equipped kitchen, linen, and beach equipment at any condo we have stayed at. Betsy has everything you will need. Great AC. Pool is better than pics. Has a peek a boo view of ocean. Stairs can be a bit of a haul at the end of a long day. Updated modern decor. Would stay here again for sure.
